靜下心來讀一本書,說起來簡單,卻總是翻了幾頁就難以再繼續?你也有無法好好讀完一本書的困擾嗎?

讀書的重點不是把文字從頭到尾看進眼裡,而是要吸收內容讀進心裡,但讀著讀著,常常就像進入了多重宇宙不知自己身在何處。如果無法理解作者想表達甚麼,通常很難與書本的精隨有所連結。

孫菊君老師是「共鳴讀書法」的踐行者,她強調許多人誤會「共鳴讀書」的竅門是在短時間內消化一本書,然而,此法的重點應劃在「共鳴」兩字。略讀法的前提是「多次翻閱」,更重要的是有明確的「目標導向」,在略讀其間發現書籍文字與己身目標的頻率共振之處,觸發對自我情境的映照和共鳴,為閱讀目地或問題產生新的覺察與洞見,這是從「作者觀點」往「讀者觀點」移動的有效策略。

菊君老師以前對自己的閱讀狀況也不盡滿意,因而多方涉獵相關讀書法與筆記術,自學整合出「九宮格共鳴讀書筆記」法。這個方法讓你在閱讀時有停留感受的時刻,如此,即便時間流逝,那被寫下來的經驗與感動,以鮮活顯化之姿被保留了下來,只要經驗連結被挑起,就如同電腦的搜尋引擎,可快速找回那若有似無的記憶,讓我們跟著菊君老師一起共振出閱讀的美好時光。


It’s better to resonate with the book - Nine-Square Resonant Reading Journal (Single lesson)

How do you relax and read a book? It's easier said than done. Most people read through a few pages and find it difficult to continue. Do you have trouble finishing a book as well?

Reading is not about scanning through the texts from beginning to end, but to absorb the book’s content and let the words sink into your heart; however, during the reading process, readers often feel lost, like they have entered the multiverse and do not know where they are. If a reader cannot comprehend what the author is trying to convey, it is often difficult to even connect with the essence of the book. 

Teacher Suan Jujun is a practitioner of Resonant Reading. She says that many people misunderstand that the trick to this reading strategy is to digest the book in a short amount of time. However, she emphasizes that the focus of this reading strategy should be placed on the word "resonant". The premise of skimming or scanning a book with the Resonant Reading strategy requires the reader to flip through the book to read it several times, but more importantly, a reader needs to skim through with a clear goal in mind. When scanning through the book, a reader will discover the connection between the text of the book and his or her own reading goal, triggering a resonance and self-reflection while reading. Using this strategy, a reader can generate new awareness and insights aligned with the reading goal or questions that they may have.  It is an effective way to switch from the "author's point of view" to the "reader's point of view."

Teacher Suan Jujun was not satisfied with her reading progress before, so she dabbled in various reading strategies and related note-taking techniques. She taught herself and integrated the methods she learned to create the "Nine-Square Resonant Reading Journal". This journal allows a reader to capture his or her feelings and cherished reading moments. Even as time goes by, this journal will record the reading experience in a vivid way. Anytime a reader wants to recall the evocative reading experience, like a computer 's search engine, the reader can quickly retrieve his or her memory using this journal.
