那個親親小寶貝成為青少年後，怎麼就變得冷漠、不願意溝通？親子間一開口就走調成吵架？

青少年的狂飆期，讓他們面臨許多不確定性，看起來渾身都是刺。其實，孩子變得煩躁不耐，可能是心裡充滿惶恐和焦慮，孩子內心真正需要的是大人的理解和陪伴。

「陪伴」二字說來很輕巧，其實並不容易。

陪伴者需要有強大的心理能量，並非「給予」，而是一種「接納」，為對方織出一張安全的支撐網，幫助他們得以慢慢接觸、理解，和辨識自己。

當父母為了陷在情緒風暴的青少年孩子，想學習親子溝通、改變應對時，必定會接觸到內心的自己。「你我都是長大後的小孩，其實，許多問題背後的根源，都要回到自己身上」格瑞思心理諮商所所長莫兹婷心理師說。
