Love and Connection - Romantic Relationship Based on Satir Model

Course Objective:

Understand how the primary family affects our intimate relationship.  

Learn to appreciate and respect the differences in each other.

Connect deeply and meaningfully with the partner through inner yearning.

Practice congruent communication in the relationship to let each other thrive and grow.

Course Content:

1. Understand our communication style and how it affects the dynamic between self and partner.

2. Understand how the primary family affects our relationship.

3. Identify the resources that we bring into our relationship.

4. Explore ourselves through the iceberg metaphors.  Investigate each level of the iceberg: feelings, expectations,… and yearnings which is where partners connect.

5. Practice congruent communication so that we share vulnerability to enhance the trust between each other.

6. Appreciate and understand our differences with our partners.  Recognize the unfulfilled expectations.

7. Learn to set boundaries so we have a supportive relationship where we feel free.

一、課程目標：

認識原生家庭對親密關係的影響，學習了解和尊重彼此的差異，在渴望的層次中與伴侶建立更深的連結，練習一致性的溝通，與伴侶建立更自由、更親密的關係。

二、課程內容：

（一）認識自己的溝通姿態與伴侶間的溝通舞蹈模式

（二）了解原生家庭對關係的影響

（三）覺察自己帶進伴侶關係中的資源

（四）深入探索內在冰山，了解彼此在關係中的感受、期待與渴望，在渴望的層次彼此連結

（五）練習一致性的溝通與分享脆弱，增進彼此的了解與信任

（六）認識與尊重彼此的差異，處理未滿足的期待

（七）學習建立界線，擁有自由與親密的關係

三、招收對象共18人

（一）個別報名：10人

（二）伴侶報名：8人
