教養書上好多「教戰守則」，但是在親子現場，一條都使不出來，挫折感爆棚！

有豐富社工督導經驗、擔任薩提爾等主題的講師楊東蓉承認，「心理專業並沒有讓我豁免每天上演的親子之間的各種議題」老師將透過這四堂課，以自己親身經驗為例，分享她如何結合理論和實作的各種心法。

從信念、腦科學、實際練習方法步驟、如何陪伴孩子覺察情緒，帶家長感受一致性的話、到最後回看原生家庭，進而做到自我接納。老師將一步步陪伴家長練習「當下教養」，深化對話，修復衝突後的親子關係，讓愛重新流動和連結。

"I love you, but I don't know how to say it..."

"I have many parental expectations for you, but why do you see them as demands and accusations..."

There are many rules and guidelines taught in parenting books, but when it comes to the context in which parents and children interact, none of them can be used effectively. It’s  frustrating and overwhelming!

Yang Dong Rong, a Satir Model lecturer who has extensive experience as a social work guidance counselor, admitted that "my profession has not exempted me from the various parenting issues and daily parent-child challenges." Teacher Rong will share her own experience and use the lessons she learned as examples during the four classes. She will explain how she combined and integrated theory and practice.

From beliefs, neuroscience, practical exercises and step by step instructions, she will show students how to accompany children to become aware of their emotions, teach parents how to communicate with congruence, and finally examine their family of origin to promote self-acceptance. Teacher Yang will accompany parents every step of the way to practice Conscious Parenting, deepen their dialogues, reconcile the parent-child relationships and repair the connection after conflicts. Parents, let love flow when you reconnect with your child(ren)!
