神經繪圖源自於「神經繪圖與創造力心理學機構」，在2014年由創辦人帕維爾·皮斯卡列夫(Pavel Piskarev)心理學博士所創立，他將龐大的心理學化繁為簡，用線條與形狀解決人生的各種問題。這是一套結合繪圖與心理學的簡單方法，可以轉化內在的自我諮詢工具。雖然創立才八年，但已獲得50多個國家人士的熱愛使用。

蘿拉老師將帶領大家一起探索神經藝術(NeuroArt)，按照神經繪圖的基本步驟，教大家學習透過繪製神經線，讓意識與潛意識交流，識別自己隱藏的狀態，覺察身心的反應，達到健康和諧的目的。同時，透過這個方法達到放鬆身心、減緩壓力、以及提高專注力的作用。

NeuroArt originated from the Psychology of Creativity Institute, which was founded in 2014 by Pavel Piskarev, Ph.D. in Psychology. He simplified complex Psychology, using lines and shapes, to solve various problems in life. Neuroarts is the transdisciplinary study of how the arts and aesthetic experiences measurably change the body, brain, and behavior and how this knowledge is translated into specific practices that advance health and wellbeing. Although it has only been established for eight years, NeuroArt has been loved and practiced by many folks from more than 50 countries.

Teacher Laura will lead students to explore the techniques of NeuroArt together. According to the basic steps of Neuroarts, she will teach you how to draw nerve lines, allowing the conscious mind to interact with the subconscious mind. You will identify your hidden state and become more aware of your physical and mental responses of your body and mind in order to achieve a healthy and harmonious state. At the same time, using Neuroart’s creative process, you can relax your body and mind, reduce stress, and improve 

蘿拉老師/ Laura Liu 簡介

蘿拉老師，本名劉玉，為華語地區的國內外企業從事培訓30多年，以推展「藝術陪伴」為主要職志。目前居住在台灣，定期講學與培訓，並從事寫作與翻譯相關著作。

目前蘿拉老師特別致力於神經繪圖的教學工作。

2010年蘿拉老師在台灣引進美國禪繞畫；2014年引進美國心靈拼貼®；2017年引進日本和諧粉彩；2018年發起台灣藝術陪伴教育協會，研發「輕彩繪」教學系統；2020年引進美國「神聖迷宮」，2021年引進俄羅斯心理繪圖工具「神經繪圖」。各項目引進與推展的宗旨，都是希望為華語世界的朋友們，找到一份簡單操作而安頓心靈的工具，以增進身心靈的健康與幸福感。
