藝術療癒創作，顧名思義，就是藉由藝術材料進行創作和表達，反映創作者的內在情緒、人格與潛意識狀態。讓不想或不善於述說自己的人，用較為抽象、間接的藝術形式表達自己。

目前為個人與團體提供藝術輔療服務的鄭婷玫老師，是英國TQUK心理諮詢師、美國E.S.T.A.「傳承藝術」 國際認證講師，有多項認證與專業培訓經歷。

邀請大家一起跟婷玫老師認識藝術療癒，透過書寫與不需繪畫基礎的藝術創作，讓生活的壓力與疲憊得到舒緩與放鬆，或是讓積壓的情緒找到宣洩的出口，陪伴自我走上心靈療癒的旅程。

Through journal writing and basic creative arts, one can relieve stress and soothe fatigue in everyday life, finding an outlet for repressed emotions. The creative process will accompany each student on their spiritual journey of self-healing.
