How to sail towards “Longing” through working on feelings\, expectations\, and backtracking. \nThird session: Fully expanding iceberg dialogue. How to lightly knock on each level of iceberg\, to connect with longing\, and to awaken the inner resources.  \nFourth session: Responding to confrontation\, transforming mindset\, guiding towards longing\, and expressing again and verifying. \n\nIntermediate Level Course Outline \n【Course Objectives】 \nIceberg questioning: Three new paths of curiosity: Sensation\, Expectation\, and Retrospection. Heading towards the goal: Desires. \n\n【Course Outline】 \nIntroduce the concept of Satir Model Iceberg theory; Engage in dialogues using the iceberg theory; Delve into the understanding and exploration of one’s own inner iceberg to better understand the inner process of one’s self (self-connection\, self-awareness\, self-response\, physical and mental health and harmony)\, and one’s self in relation with others (from self-awareness to experiencing respect for a person\, caring for a person\, embracing and loving a person\, and then guiding the inner desires and energy of others); Further understand the interaction and communication modes of oneself with others. \n\n【Course Delivery Method】 \n\n Online delivery method\, through video conferencing room.\n Google Slides for online operations and interactions (Up to eight participants will have access to the main operation of Google Slides\, while other attendees can individually download practice materials).\n The course will include presentations\, videos\, tasks\, extensive dialogue exercises\, and real-life role-playing.\n\n\nOur instructor:  \nDr. Huicheng Chang\nDr. Chang is a literature Ph.D. from National Taiwan Normal University and teacher at Taipei City Zhongshan Girls High School.  He is also a literature writer\, and  his works have won awards such as the Times Literary Award and the Liang Shih-chiu Literary Award.  His prose collections include “Xiang Wang Yu Jianghu ”\, “My Beloved Mother”\, “The Parting Elegy”\, and “The Elder Yu’s True spirits”. \nDr. Chang has achieved great success in teaching\, winning the Department of Education’s Teaching Excellence Award and introducing “ShareStart Teaching Method” in September 2013.  He was the trailblazer to advocate for an “open classroom” teaching approach.  He established “Sharestart Teaching Community” on Facebook\, where more than 20\,000 teachers\, parents\, students and scholars engage in professional teaching discussions.  With support from the ChengZhi Education Foundation\, they built a platform for “Sharestart”\, which broke down inter-school barriers and allowed for sharing teaching materials.  Dr. Chang has been invited to share the “Sharestart” teaching methods in places throughout Taiwan\, Singapore\, Shandong\, Nanjing\, and Macau\, paving the way for educational reform in the Chinese-speaking world. \n\n
