A pioneer in promoting the Satir Model in Taiwan\, Li Chong-jian will guide us into the living moments of real-life dialogue through his warm and insightful facilitation.\nThis speech begins with the most ordinary moments—teacher-student interactions\, marital conflicts\, and parent-child confrontations. Teacher A-Jian will demonstrate on site how\, through a single glance or a simple response\, we subtly shape a child’s state of being. More importantly\, he will deconstruct the “Life Iceberg” hidden deep within each person: Why are we often inconsistent between what we feel and what we express?
