\nPart 1報名期限：美西7/8(TUE)6:00 /亞洲7/8(TUE)21:00 截止\n\n\n \n\n【Asia Night Session】《Self-Healing Mindfulness Book》Reading Group Part 1 \nPurpose and Vision\nThrough reading and discussion\, participants will learn and practice mindfulness techniques to enhance their self-healing abilities. \n\nProvide participants with a method to learn and practice mindfulness\, promoting self-awareness and mind-body balance\nFoster mutual support and inspiration through group discussions and sharing\nHelp participants apply mindfulness techniques in daily life to improve stress management and emotional regulation\n\n\nTarget Participants \nLearners who are interested in mindfulness and willing to engage in discussions and mindfulness practice \n\nFormat \nFrequency & Duration: Two sessions per month\, each lasting 1.5 hours \nTwo Parts: \nPart 1 – June to July (4 sessions) \nPart 2 – August to September (4 sessions) \nTotal: 8 sessions across both parts \n\nDiscussion Method \n\nFollow the book’s chapters\, focusing on specific content each session\nLed by facilitator with open-ended questions to guide sharing\nParticipants are encouraged to share personal experiences and insights from applying mindfulness\n\n\nExpected Outcomes \nParticipants will gain a deeper understanding of mindfulness concepts \nDevelop the ability to practice mindfulness in daily life to enhance self-healing \nBuild a supportive reading group community for continued learning and connection \n\nCourse Outline \n\n\n\nWeek\nTheme\nReading Chapters\nKey Lecture Points\nPractice Activities\n\n\n\n\nWeek 1\nConfluence: The Starting Point of Healing\nPart 1: Confluence\nPart 2: Don’t Look Away\nBeing in the Present Moment\nUnderstanding basic concepts of mindfulness and self-healing\, the metaphor of Chiron’s myth\, and experiencing the present\nGuided reading & group sharing: Who is the “healer” in your mind?\nPractice: Turning toward the breath\n\n\nWeek 2\nTurning Inward: Beginning the Mindfulness Journey\nPart 2: Don’t Look Away\nTurning Inward\, Mirror\, Heart\nBreathing focus\, body scan\, initial inner awareness practices\n\nSharing: What does being in the present feel like?\nPractice: Breath awareness meditation / Noticing the texture of breathing / Entering a new way of living\n\n\nWeek 3\nSeeing and Opening the Heart\nPart 2: Don’t Look Away\nPeaceful Mind\, Namaste\, Remember\, Setting Boundaries\nUnderstanding how emotions and thoughts work\, inner dialogue\, recognizing habitual responses\, learning to set boundaries and connect\n\nSharing: Think of a recent reaction—could you have responded mindfully?\nPractice: Holding space for others / Remember / Partnering with the boundary-setting mind\n\n\nWeek 4\nPractice and Integration\nPart 2: Friendship\, Innate Inner Ease\, Broken Yet Whole\nPart 3: Digging Deeper into Our Lives\, The Woman at the Well\, Separation and Longing\nSettling inward\, reconciling with self\, awareness of feelings and thoughts\, experiencing the present moment\nSharing: How did I reconcile with myself this week?\nPractice: Befriending yourself / Noticing thoughts and emotions / Embracing the unwanted\n\n\n\nImportant Notes： \n\nThis course is divided into Part 1 and Part 2\, and requires separate registration for each part.\nThe dates and times for each part differ.
\n\n【Course Outline】 \nSession 1: Identifying the “Demon King” in the Emotional Storm – Understanding the Roots of Conflict from a Systems Perspective \n\n1.
