\n \n\nRegistration Deadline: US PST 2026/01/02– 20:00 ；Aisa 2026/01/03– 12:00 \n\n【Notes】\nAlthough this is a free public welfare event\, there are still administrative costs that need to be covered. Please value these free resources. \n\n【Course Introduction】\nThis is not an answer offering ‘what should I do\,’ but rather a gift of ‘journeying alongside the caregiver’! \nIt aims to allow caregivers to learn self-care\, preventing them from entering a state of physical and mental exhaustion during the caregiving process. Caregivers will learn how to accompany themselves and engage in self-dialogue through reading and writing\, guided by the questions posed by a narrative therapist. \n【Target Audience】\nFamily caregivers\, professional companions\, literature enthusiasts\, and you who believe that reading and writing can rewrite life. \n【Course Outline】\n1. How the questions posed by the narrative therapist\, targeting the 21 articles written by the 12 authors in the book\, can respond to the situation of caregivers.\n2. Introduction to the structure of this book\, and the 42 days of guided writing\, which includes six main components: Writing records based on reading inspiration\, Life’s curriculum vitae\, Doodle journal\, Text wandering\, Rewriting life.\n3. The writer (participant) will become the author of their own story. \n【Speaker Introduction】\nSufei Huang \nFormer President of the Taiwan Career Development and Counseling Association; retired from the Center for Humanities and Social Education at National Yang Ming University; and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at National Taiwan Normal University. She holds a PhD from the Graduate Institute of Educational Psychology and Counseling at National Taiwan Normal University\, and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at York University in Toronto\, Canada\, where she studied social constructionism and developed a phenomenology-based narrative therapy approach. \nHer main work focuses on individual and group counseling\, counseling supervision\, narrative therapy\, and career education. \nShe is the author of The Spirit and Practice of Narrative Therapy and Interpersonal Relationship Training in Organizations; and chief editor of Contemporary Counseling Theories\, Chinese Career Theories and Practices: Localized and Multicultural Perspectives\, and Narrative Therapy Private School: Ten Stories that Illuminate the Heart—Ten Insights\, Ten Moments of Inspiration.\nHer translations include Interpersonal Communication\, Three Acts of Narrative Therapy\, and Narrative Approaches to Career Counseling.
