\n\n【課程大綱】 \n\n 從智慧談起\n 如何做語言辨別\n 本質與現象的理解\n 原則與方法的說明\n 哲學諮商的功能\n\n \n\n【講師簡介】 \n黎建球 \n‧ 輔仁大學哲學博土 \n‧ 現任輔仁大學哲學系講座教授 \n‧ 2003年引進哲學諮商 \n曾任 \n‧ 輔仁大學哲學系系主任                             \n‧ 輔仁大學教務長                                  \n‧ 生命教育基金會董事長                              \n‧ 中國哲學會理事長                                  \n‧ 輔仁大學校長                                      \n‧ 台灣哲學諮商學會理事長 \n \n\n【Course Outline】 \n\n Beginning with Wisdom\n How to Distinguish Language\n Understanding Essence and Phenomenon\n Explanation of Principles and Methods\n The Function of Philosophical Counseling\n\n\n【Speaker Introduction】 \nBernard Li (Li Jianqiu) \n‧ Ph.D. in Philosophy\, Fu Jen Catholic University \n‧ Currently Chair Professor\, Department of Philosophy\, Fu Jen Catholic University \n‧ Introduced Philosophical Counseling in 2003 \nFormer Positions \n‧ Chair\, Department of Philosophy\, Fu Jen Catholic University                             \n‧ Academic Vice President\, Fu Jen Catholic University                                  \n‧ Chairman\, Life Education Foundation                             \n‧ President\, Chinese Philosophical Association                                \n‧ President\, Fu Jen Catholic University                                     \n‧ President\, Taiwan Association for Philosophical Counseling \n\n

（American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama\, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy）認證合格心理劇導演(Certified Practitioner)\n\n執業至今15年 \n專長議題：情緒困擾、社會文化知情之雙軌創傷治療；失落悲傷輔導；危機減壓(Debriefing)；表達性藝術自我瞭解與成長。 \n\nCourse Description\nIn this course\, we will apply theories and methods from art therapy to guide participants in exploring the “light” within their lives through the medium of doodling. This is not just an experience of artistic creation—it is also a soulful journey that reactivates the prefrontal cortex and soothes the anxiety responses of the amygdala. We are no longer merely in a state of constant fight-or-flight\, but instead learn to support and settle ourselves through creative expression\, gradually softening repeated interpersonal coping patterns from the past.\n \n\nCourse Outline \n\n Facing Present Sources of Stress\n Use colors and shapes to outline the contours of stress\, creating transformative images to coexist with it.\n Acknowledging Bodily Limitations and Illness Experiences\nTry using imagery to express bodily sensations that are hard to put into words\, giving the silent body a chance to be gently understood and responded to.\n The Physical and Emotional Load of Long-Term Caregiving Roles\n Through role exchange and guided dialogue\, you will experience not only being the caregiver but also become the one who is acknowledged and supported.\n\n\nCourse Format\nNo prior art background is required. We will begin with the most basic and intuitive forms of expression. \n\nDoodling Warm-up: Free-flowing lines\, color blocks\, and shapes to awaken inner creativity.\nThematic Creation: Each topic is paired with a creative process\, allowing emotions and bodily sensations to flow through image.\nRole Play and Dialogue: Engage in conversations between the artwork and the creator\, shifting perspectives and roles to foster self-understanding and growth.\nIntegration and Sharing: Guide each participant to review and integrate the inner resources and insights awakened during the process.\n\n\nInstructor Profile\nYao Pei-Hua\n Licensed Counseling Psychologist \nCurrent Positions:\n Good Day Psychiatric Clinic\n One Counseling Center \nExperience: \n\nPassed Taiwan’s National Examination for Counseling Psychologists in 2010 (License No. 諮心字第1491號)\nFormer full-time counseling psychologist at Mackay Memorial Hospital Counseling Center (2010–2022)\nCertified Practitioner in Psychodrama by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama\, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy (2017)\n15 years of professional practice\n\n\nSpecializations:\n Emotional distress\, dual-track trauma-informed therapy with sociocultural awareness\, grief and loss counseling\, crisis debriefing\, and expressive arts for self-understanding and personal growth. \nShe continues to receive ongoing training in: \n\nPsychodrama and a socioculturally informed dual-track model of trauma therapy\nGrief and loss intervention strategies\nSocioculturally-informed case consultation groups\nCrisis assessment and intervention (suicide\, self-harm\, and dissociation)\n\n\n

\n\n【Course Outline】 \nSession 1: Identifying the “Demon King” in the Emotional Storm – Understanding the Roots of Conflict from a Systems Perspective \n\n1.
\n \n\n【Main Topics of the Dialogue】 \n\nDeath as a Mirror of Life\n\n\nThe Unfinished Conversation Between Father and Son\n\n\nThe Intersection of Funeral Services and Education\n\n\nFrom Personal Experience to Social Impact\n\n\nOur instructor:  \nDr. Huicheng Chang\nDr. Chang is a literature Ph.D. from National Taiwan Normal University and teacher at Taipei City Zhongshan Girls High School.  He is also a literature writer\, and  his works have won awards such as the Times Literary Award and the Liang Shih-chiu Literary Award.  His prose collections include “Xiang Wang Yu Jianghu ”\, “My Beloved Mother”\, “The Parting Elegy”\, and “The Elder Yu’s True spirits”. \nDr. Chang has achieved great success in teaching\, winning the Department of Education’s Teaching Excellence Award and introducing “ShareStart Teaching Method” in September 2013.  He was the trailblazer to advocate for an “open classroom” teaching approach.  He established “Sharestart Teaching Community” on Facebook\, where more than 20\,000 teachers\, parents\, students and scholars engage in professional teaching discussions.  With support from the ChengZhi Education Foundation\, they built a platform for “Sharestart”\, which broke down inter-school barriers and allowed for sharing teaching materials.  Dr. Chang has been invited to share the “Sharestart” teaching methods in places throughout Taiwan\, Singapore\, Shandong\, Nanjing\, and Macau\, paving the way for educational reform in the Chinese-speaking world. \n\nOur instructor:  \nGuo Xianhong (Xiao Donggua) \nBorn in 1990\, Guo is the head of the funeral service company Donggua Travel\, with over 20 years of experience in the funeral industry.
Why write four books? \n『Fasting for a good death』：A story about a mother who achieved a good death through voluntary fasting: A patient with disabilities wished to have her feeding tube removed\, but was refused by a palliative care doctor. She then vowed to promote a “Tube Removal Movement.” \n『There is a kind of love that means letting go』：Having assisted fifty patients in achieving a good death through voluntary fasting\, she shares the process and analyzes how other countries avoid the predicament of long-term intubation and bedridden states. \n『How to Say Goodbye to Life with Grace』：After the first two books were published\, the author faced continued criticism from the palliative care community\, which stated they do not accept patients who choose voluntary fasting or withdrawal of life-sustaining treatments. So she wrote a detailed clinical guide on self-directed dying\, hoping to empower families to learn how to care for patients choosing to fast until death\, and to support them in achieving a good death at home. \n『Walking the path of promoting a good death』：The newspaper ran a front-page article criticizing the controversy surrounding fasting as a means to a good death\, claiming that fasting cannot lead to a good death. As a rehabilitation physician\, I wrote about what I have observed since the introduction of National Health Insurance: the widespread use of futile medical treatments. Many patients receive acute care but have no rehabilitation potential afterward\, and I have long felt deep compassion for these intubated\, bedridden patients and their families. With my professional training as a rehabilitation physician\, combined with the experience of caring for hundreds of patients who chose to fast until death\, and the insights gained from reading over a hundred books\, I explore how to promote a good death in ways that are compassionate\, legal\, and reasonable. Introducing fifteen books that inspire new perspectives on death\, the soul\, and end-of-life care\, aiming to challenge societal taboos around death and myths about diet. \n二、Over the past three years\, 300 patients were helped to fast until death. Their conditions are divided into these four types. \nIntubated bedridden patients with no chance of recovery\, removing life-sustaining treatments (ventilator or feeding tube) that have no therapeutic benefit. \nIn cases of natural aging at the end stage\, patients stop eating and drinking and pass away peacefully at home\, avoiding hospital transfers that lead to futile treatments and delayed death. \nPatients with terminal illnesses such as cancer often have poor digestion and absorption. They are not forced to eat and may choose voluntary fasting\, which neither prolongs nor shortens the suffering during the final stage. \nSeverely disabled patients\, patients who are completely paralyzed or have difficulty eating may refuse feeding tubes or choose voluntary fasting\, escaping a life of painful suffering without quality or dignity\, and achieve a good death at home. \n\n【Lecturer Profile】 \nLiu-Ing Bih \nDr. Liu graduated from the National Taiwan University School of Medicine and trained as a resident physician in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at the National Taiwan University Hospital. She used to be the Dean of Taichung Municipal Rehabilitation Hospital and is a retired professor at the Chung Shan Medical University Hospital. She is currently a senior medical professor at the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation of the TW Ministry of Health and Welfare. Since she was in elementary school\, she felt gender inequality. She also felt that the weak are prey for the strong in the human world\, and she endeavors to fight against injustice. Being a rehabilitation physician was the greatest choice she made in her life. She learnt to develop an ability to not simply focus on how to combat an illness but to treat and care for a patient as a whole person holistically. She is grateful for all her patients and their families that she has served. Their vulnerability\, suffering\, grit\, and resilience have given her a lot of inspiration and strength. She also wants to express her gratitude to all the members of the rehabilitation team for their selfless and enthusiastic assistance.Dr. Liu likes art\, travel\, photography and reading. Since 2009\, she has shared her experience through her blog “A Bi’s Sky” (http://bee1955.blogspot.com/) and published more than 500 articles. She is also the author of “Medical Steps and Medical Footprints” A literal translation of Book Title) \n【Education】 \nGraduated from National Taiwan University School of Medicine \nAdvanced Studies at New York University Langone Health (Affiliated Hospital) and JAPAN National Rehabilitation Center \nDean of Taichung Municipal Rehabilitation Hospital \nProfessor\, Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation of the TW Ministry of Health and Welfare \n【Current Position】 \nSenior Medical Professor\, Department of Rehabilitation\, Taichung Hospital\, Ministry of Health and Welfare \n\n

Would you like to experience how mindfulness can transform your life? Or are you simply interested in how the course is conducted? If so\, we warmly invite you to join this information session\, where mindfulness instructor Guang-You Huang will guide you through it live online. \nGuang-You first encountered the concept of mindfulness in Master Chong-Jian’s courses\, which sparked his in-depth exploration of mindfulness. This journey not only transformed his personal well-being and relationships but also led him to a surprising discovery: through practicing mindfulness\, his study of the Satir Model was no longer just an intellectual exercise\, but one that touched and engaged him at the mind-body level. As a facilitator of Satir dialogues\, mindfulness has helped him become more present\, while bringing greater curiosity and acceptance toward the Focus person. \nIn mindfulness training\, the often-emphasized “awareness triangle”—body\, emotions\, and thoughts—closely aligns with key elements in the Satir Iceberg Model\, such as bodily sensations\, feelings\, perspectives\, and expectations. Together\, they complement each other and deepen self-awareness (Channel One) while enhancing how we respond in relationships (Channel Two). This integration grounds mindfulness practice in everyday life. \nWe sincerely invite you to join this 8-week mindfulness journey\, where we practice being present with ourselves and connected to the world—one breath\, one moment at a time. \n\nWho This Course Is For\n\nLearners of the Satir Model who wish to enhance self-awareness through mindfulness\nIndividuals seeking relief from tension\, anxiety\, insomnia\, chronic fatigue\, or persistent pain\nHomemakers and people from all walks of life who aspire to grow personally and improve quality of life\nOffice workers\, professionals\, managers\, or business owners working under high-stress and competitive conditions\nAnyone looking to boost overall well-being\, improve emotional regulation\, enhance relationships\, and cultivate inner joy and confidence\n\n\nCourse Outline \n\n\n\nWeek\nDate & Time\nCore Concepts & Practices\n\n\nInformation Session (Current Registration)\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 1\, 17:00~19:00 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nAugust 2\, 8:00~10:00\nOverview of the 8-Week Mindfulness Course & Q&A\n\n\nWeek 1\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 15\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nAugust 16\, 8:00~10:30\nIntroduction to Key Terms\, The Seven Attitudes of Mindfulness / Five Senses Awareness\, Body Scan\n\n\nWeek 2\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 22\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\, \nAugust 23\, 8:00~10:30\nOverview of Stress\, Cultivating Concentration / Standing Stretches\, Seated Breathing Practice\n\n\nWeek 3\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 29\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nAugust 30\, 8:00~10:30\nEmotional Regulation\, Mind-Body Connection / Sitting Posture Guidance\, Lying Stretches\n\n\nWeek 4\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 5\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 6\, 8:00~10:30\nStress\, Anxiety\, and Sleep / Observing Pain and Inner Reactions\n\n\nWeek 5\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 12\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 13\, 8:00~10:30\nThe Relationship Between Body\, Emotions\, Cognition\, and Behavior / Full-Body Sitting Meditation\n\n\nWeek 6\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 19\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 20\, 8:00~10:30\nIllustrated Guide to the Mind-Body Stress Response / Mindful Walking\n\n\nOne-Day Silent Retreat \n(Registered Separately)\nUS Pacific TIme: Saturday\, September 20\, 17:00 ~ 00:30 \nAsia Time: Sunday\,  \nSeptember 21\, 8:00 ~15:30\nExperiential Day of Silence with Approximately Seven Hours of Deep Mindfulness Practice \nNote 1: For participants in Asia\, there will be a one-hour silent lunch break for mindful eating. \nNote 2: Non-Asia participants may flexibly adjust their silent practice schedule.\n\n\nWeek 7\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 26\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 27\, 8:00~10:30\nHow to Respond Wisely to External Challenges / Mindful Communication\n\n\nWeek 8\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nOctober 3\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nOctober 4\, 8:00~10:30\nReview\, Reflection\, and Looking Ahead\n\n\n\nNote: The above outline is for reference only.
\n\n\n \n\n[Asia Night Session] “The Self-Healing Mindfulness Book” Reading Group – Part 2 \nPurpose and Philosophy \n\nLearn and practice mindfulness techniques through reading and discussion to enhance self-healing abilities\nProvide participants with a method to learn and apply mindfulness\, improving self-awareness and mind-body balance\nEncourage mutual support and inspiration through group discussion and sharing\nHelp participants apply mindfulness in daily life to improve stress management and emotional regulation\n\nTarget Participants \n\nIndividuals interested in mindfulness who are willing to participate in discussions and practice mindfulness exercises\n\n\nCourse Format \n\nFrequency & Duration: Twice a month\, each session lasting 1.5 hours\nTwo Parts:\n\nPart 1: June to July (4 sessions)\nPart 2: August to September (4 sessions)\nTotal: 8 sessions across both parts\n\n\n\nDiscussion Method \n\nBased on book chapters\, with each session focusing on specific content\nFacilitated by a host using open-ended questions to guide sharing\nParticipants are encouraged to share personal experiences and insights on application\n\nExpected Outcomes \n\nParticipants gain a deeper understanding of mindfulness concepts\nDevelop the ability to practice mindfulness in daily life\, enhancing self-healing capacity\nBuild a supportive reading community that encourages ongoing exchange and learning\n\nCourse Outline \n\n\n\nWeek\nTopic\nReading Chapter(s)\nLecture Highlights\nActivities\n\n\nWeek 5\nFacing Wounds and Cultivating Compassion\nPart 3: The Work of Love\, Worry and Fear\, Groundlessness\, Powerlessness\nFacing the wounded self; coexisting with pain\nGuided sharing and Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation \n  \nExperience sharing \n  \nPractices: Working with worry and fear / Working with powerlessness / Working with uncertainty\n\n\nWeek 6\nThe Light Within the Wound: Opportunities for Transformation Through Suffering\nPart 3 & 4: The Importance of Self – What Was Damaged? \nA Glimmer in the Ruins – Releasing the Burden of Attachment\nExploring how wounds can become gateways to growth; discovering moments of awakening within adversity; cultivating compassion\nGroup Discussion: How has a past difficulty led to new understanding in my life? \n  \nPractice: Focusing on embarrassment / Cultivating compassion\n\n\nweek 7\nAcceptance and Integration: Embracing the Whole Self\nPart 4: The Path of Healing – Moving Beyond Personal History\nPracticing unconditional self-acceptance; letting go of the past and inner resistance; surrender as a practice\nGroup Meditation \n  \nWriting Exercise: “I am willing to accept…” \n  \nPractice: Swapping self with others / Practicing surrender\n\n\nweek 8\nReflection and Looking Ahead: Continuing the Journey with Light\nPart 4: Deep Listening – Afterword\nReflecting on the transformations and lessons from this journey; how to continue integrating mindfulness into daily life\nGroup Reflection and Sharing \n  \nPractice: Deep Listening\n\n\n\n\n

\n\n講師簡介 \n黃光佑 \n\n 舞象基金會：對話陪伴組、師資組志工\n 舞象基金會：李崇建老師對話精進班\n 台灣正念工坊：MBSR正念減壓講師培訓\n 美華慈心關懷聯盟：正念自我照顧講師培訓\n 旭立文教基金會：ICF薩提爾教練培訓\n 台灣非暴力溝通學習中心：非暴力溝通管理師\n\n曾任 \n\n台灣東森電視新聞台：文字記者\n台灣和泰集團關係企業：海外事業部長\nLAVA台灣鐵人三項公司：行銷商務總監\n\n \n\n[Important Notice] \nParticipants are required to keep their cameras on during the class and attend from a quiet\, interruption-free environment. If you are unable to meet these requirements\, please do not register. \n\nCourse Introduction \nThis course is a practicum conducted by instructors from the Dancing Elephant  Foundation and Dialogue Companion Volunteer – Guang You\, as part of the final phase of the Mindfulness Teacher Training Program. \nBased on the 8-week MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) curriculum developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn\, a pioneer in contemporary mindfulness\, the course progressively cultivates three core areas of awareness: body awareness\, thought awareness\, and emotional awareness. \nIn doing so\, participants will explore their inner “iceberg\,” learn to live in the present moment\, and find a balance between “survival” and “being\,” fostering deeper connections with themselves and others. \n\nRegistration Notes \n\nEnrollment limit: 30 participants.\nNo video recordings or replays will be provided.\nParticipants must keep their camera on during sessions to help create a safe and sincere learning environment and to support the quality of instruction and guidance.\nThe course primarily consists of guided mindfulness practices (approximately 50%)\, supplemented by small group discussions and full-class discussions (around 30%)\, with instructor lectures making up about 20%.\n\n\nCourse Benefits \n\nEnhanced focus: Improve efficiency in household tasks and work.\nIncreased stress resilience: Handle life’s changes with greater ease.\nEmotional stability: Alleviate tension and anxiety.\nBetter sleep quality: Fall asleep more easily.\nImproved emotional intelligence (EQ): Foster healthier relationships at home\, at work\, and in social settings.\n\n\nWho This Course Is For\n\nLearners of the Satir Model who wish to enhance self-awareness through mindfulness\nIndividuals seeking relief from tension\, anxiety\, insomnia\, chronic fatigue\, or persistent pain\nHomemakers and people from all walks of life who aspire to grow personally and improve quality of life\nOffice workers\, professionals\, managers\, or business owners working under high-stress and competitive conditions\nAnyone looking to boost overall well-being\, improve emotional regulation\, enhance relationships\, and cultivate inner joy and confidence\n\nCourse Outline \n\n\n\nWeek\nDate & Time\nCore Concepts & Practices\n\n\nInformation Session (A separate registration is required before the course starts)\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 1\, 17:00~19:00 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nAugust 2\, 8:00~10:00\nOverview of the 8-Week Mindfulness Course & Q&A\n\n\nWeek 1\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 15\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nAugust 16\, 8:00~10:30\nIntroduction to Key Terms\, The Seven Attitudes of Mindfulness / Five Senses Awareness\, Body Scan\n\n\nWeek 2\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 22\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\, \nAugust 23\, 8:00~10:30\nOverview of Stress\, Cultivating Concentration / Standing Stretches\, Seated Breathing Practice\n\n\nWeek 3\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nAugust 29\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nAugust 30\, 8:00~10:30\nEmotional Regulation\, Mind-Body Connection / Sitting Posture Guidance\, Lying Stretches\n\n\nWeek 4\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 5\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 6\, 8:00~10:30\nStress\, Anxiety\, and Sleep / Observing Pain and Inner Reactions\n\n\nWeek 5\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 12\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 13\, 8:00~10:30\nThe Relationship Between Body\, Emotions\, Cognition\, and Behavior / Full-Body Sitting Meditation\n\n\nWeek 6\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 19\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 20\, 8:00~10:30\nIllustrated Guide to the Mind-Body Stress Response / Mindful Walking\n\n\nOne-Day Silent Retreat \n(Registered Separately)\nUS Pacific TIme: Saturday\, September 20\, 17:00 ~ 00:30 \nAsia Time: Sunday\,  \nSeptember 21\, 8:00 ~15:30\nExperiential Day of Silence with Approximately Seven Hours of Deep Mindfulness Practice \nNote 1: For participants in Asia\, there will be a one-hour silent lunch break for mindful eating. \nNote 2: Non-Asia participants may flexibly adjust their silent practice schedule.\n\n\nWeek 7\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\, September 26\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nSeptember 27\, 8:00~10:30\nHow to Respond Wisely to External Challenges / Mindful Communication\n\n\nWeek 8\nUS Pacific TIme: Friday\,  \nOctober 3\, 17:00~19:30 \nAsia Time: Saturday\,  \nOctober 4\, 8:00~10:30\nReview\, Reflection\, and Looking Ahead\n\n\n\nNote: The above outline is for reference only.
\n\nAn Introduction to Satir’s ‘Self Mandala’ (Single Session)\nSpeaker: Xie Xin-Hui \n\n※ You are welcome to continue registering for the September course: “In-Depth Application of Satir’s ‘Self Mandala’ \n\n【Course Introduction】\nThe Satir Model views individuals as systemic beings—a holistic integration and balance of multiple aspects.\nVirginia Satir introduced the “Self Mandala” (originally referred to as the “Mandala of the Self”)\, representing eight key aspects of a person: Physical\, Intellectual\, Emotional\, Sensory\, Interaction\, Nutrition\, Context (Environment)\, Spiritual.
\n\nZhuangzi – Four Lectures (4 Sessions)\nLecturer: Ji Jinqing \n\n【Course Introduction】\nZhuangzi is a classic among classics in the Chinese-speaking world. It has long been the spiritual beacon for generations of scholars and artists\, and the soul that gives life to ink paintings and landscape art. But in the context of our modern world\, can we still grasp the profound truths within this text? Can Zhuangzi’s philosophy still offer us deeper wisdom for navigating life today? These are the fundamental life questions this course aims to explore. \nIn Zhuangzi’s spiritual world\, being in untroubled ease (Xiaoyao) is the ideal state\, equality of things (Qiwu) is the practice\, nurturing life (Yangsheng) is the application\, the Way of Heaven (Tiandao) is the ultimate vision. How do these four layers progress step by step\, forming a complete framework for interpreting the human condition? And what practical insights might they offer for modern life? This course will guide participants into this rich philosophical realm. \n\n【Course Schedule】\nWeek 1 | Xiaoyao (Being in Untroubled Ease)\nWeek 2 | Qiwu (Equality of Things)\nWeek 3 | Yangsheng (Naturing Life / Spirit)\nWeek 4 | Tiandao (The Way of Heaven) \n\n【Instructor Introduction】\nJi Jinqing\nPhD in Philosophy from National Chengchi University\, former faculty member at Taipei University of Education\, Taipei National University of the Arts\, and National Chengchi University. Currently an adjunct assistant professor at National Taiwan Normal University and National Taiwan Ocean University.\nProfessor Ji specializes in explaining abstract philosophical theories in simple\, accessible language through everyday examples. His professional fields include phenomenology\, aesthetics\, modernity\, and postmodern issues. He frequently writes for major philosophical websites and has been invited to radio and TV shows\, as well as public lectures\, to introduce Western philosophy to the general public. He was also the host of the Philosophy is Fun podcast by Mirror Media. His books include Pseudo-Rationality: A Philosophical Prescription for Escaping the Myths of Science\, Economic Fallacies\, and the Systemic Cage to Address the Loneliness\, Anxiety\, and Confusion of Modern Life and Dualism and Yin-Yang: The Conflict and Harmony of Worldviews.

\n\n\n【講師簡介】 \n謝欣惠 \n■證照 \n台灣諮商心理師(諮心字第001618號) \n薩提爾系統轉化治療模式合格治療師 \n■專長領域 \nSatir家族轉化系統取向個別諮商、伴侶諮商、督導、講座、工作坊 \n親密關係與溝通、三代家庭/原生家庭影響、職場能力與人際關係 \n情緒困擾與身心症(憂鬱症、焦慮症、雙極性情感疾患) \n親密暴力/性議題 \n創傷修復與失落議題 \n重大疾病與慢性疾病身心調適 \n生涯探索與轉折議題 \n身心障礙族群議題 \n多元性別認同與關係議題(曾與桃園社工公會帶領同志相關議題工作坊) \n新時代小孩相關議題 \n身心靈探索與整合 \n \n\nDeep Application of Satir’s “The Self Mandala” (2 Sessions)\nSpeaker: Hsieh Hsin-Hui \n\n※ Before registering for this course\, please complete “An Introduction to Satir’s Self Mandala.”\nA video recording is available if you missed the session.\nhttps://lurl.cc/EzRszR \n\n【Course Introduction】\nVirginia Satir proposed the concept of the Wheel of Resources (initially called the “Self Mandala”)\, which represents eight major aspects of a person: physical (body)\, intellectal (mind)\, emotional (feelings)\, sensory (senses)\, interactional (relationship)\, nutritional (food)\, contextual (environment)\, and spiritual (meaning and purpose).\nWhen these eight aspects are balanced and harmonious\, we feel more empowered from within.\nThrough experiential activities\, this two-session course invites participants to closely observe the state of each aspect in their lives\, discover what they truly want from this awareness\, and create personalized life plans suitable for all these dimensions. \n\n【Course Objectives】\n●Through experiential activities\, to gain awareness of the current state of different aspects\n●To become aware of how these different aspects affect oneself\n●To create a personalized Life Balance Plan \n\n【Who Should Attend】\n●Those already familiar with Satir’s “Wheel of Resources”\nIndividuals who wish to further explore and integrate these aspects through experiential learning\, moving toward inner harmony and wholeness.\n●Those who want to deepen their awareness\, supporting their journey toward greater harmony and integration. \n\n【Speaker Bio】\nHsieh Hsin-Hui\n■ Credentials\nLicensed Counseling Psychologist\, Taiwan (License No. 001618)\nCertified Therapist in the Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy Model \n■ Areas of Expertise\nCounseling using the Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy approach for individuals\, couples\, clinical supervision\, public talks\, and workshops\nIntimate relationships and communication\, intergenerational dynamics and family of origin influences\, workplace competencies and interpersonal relationships\nEmotional distress and psychosomatic issues (e.g.\, depression\, anxiety\, bipolar disorder)\nIntimate partner violence and gender/sexuality issues\nTrauma recovery and grief-related issues\nPsychological adaptation to major or chronic illnesses\nCareer exploration and life transitions\nIssues related to persons with disabilities\nGender diversity\, identity\, and relationship issues\n(Facilitated LGBTQ+ workshops in collaboration with the Taoyuan Social Workers Association)\nNew-generation children and related topics\nMind-body-spirit exploration and integration \n\n回放截止時間: 美西2025/10/18-23:00止 ；亞洲2025/10/19-14:00止。

He is also a long-term collaborative instructor with the Dancing with the Elephant Foundation of the U.S.. \nGraduated from the Department of Chinese Literature\, Tunghai University in Taiwan\, he once worked as a plasterer\, a laborer\, and a hotel waiter. It took him five college entrance examinations before he was finally admitted to the Department of Chinese Literature of Tunghai University. His mother left the family when he was ten years old\, and he grew up amidst the scars of his broken family\, shaping his unique experiences and personality. \nWith twenty years of study in the Satir family therapy and experiences gained from dialogs with tens of thousands of students\, parents\, and individuals\, Teacher Lee Chung-Chiene has become a legendary figure in the Chinese-speaking world for his role in promoting Satir Iceberg Dialogues. He has helped many families who are deeply troubled in getting along to get out of the difficulties step by step\, influencing the reconciliation and change of these families\, personal growth\, and harmonious marital relationship. \n\n【Introduction of Speaker 2】\nLee Wei-Chi\nChairwoman of Best Education\, Ms. Wei-Chi Lee is best known for saying\,\n“Education is not a business — it is a matter of conscience.”\nFrom a Stanford Ph.D. to a devoted mother with an unshakable belief\, she has spent over 20 years diligently cultivating the field of education\, driven by a single purpose: to give every child the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.\nHer daughter’s difficult experience at an international school—where language barriers caused real emotional harm—planted the seed to build a school tailored for Chinese children\, with a global outlook. In 2000\, at the invitation of the Henan education authorities\, she gave up her original plans in Shanghai and moved her dream to Zhengzhou\, despite the poor reputation and uphill challenges of private education at the time.\nIn 2001\, Best Education was officially founded. What began as a single school has grown into a full K–12 system with over a dozen campuses\, including kindergartens\, primary and secondary schools\, and English language programs. Ms. Lee firmly believes that education is not a race for grades\, but a long-term investment in a child’s future. Many students once considered “unlikely to succeed” were later admitted to top universities such as Harvard and Columbia\, all while maintaining a love of learning and a desire to serve society. These are the stories that move her most deeply.\nTo help children truly learn how to learn\, in 2018\, Ms. Wei-Chi Lee introduced the “XueSiDa” (Learning\, Thinking\, and Presenting) teaching approach\, enabling students to develop the ability to ask questions proactively\, think critically\, collaborate\, and express themselves—equipping them with self-directed learning skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.\nOutside of the classroom\, Wei-Chi Lee places equal importance on public welfare and social responsibility. From helping build Project Hope Schools and supporting hearing-impaired and underprivileged children\, to promoting children’s reading and improving school bus safety\, she consistently turns her conscience as an educator into concrete action.\n“Chinese education is centered on the individual; international education emphasizes global citizenship. Finding the balance and shared values between the two is the true challenge for practitioners in international education.” With the heart of a mother and the vision of an educator\, Wei-Chi Lee continues to nurture generation after generation of children\, cultivating their dreams in the rich soil of private education. \n\n
