He is also a long-term collaborative instructor with the Dancing with the Elephant Foundation of the U.S.. \nGraduated from the Department of Chinese Literature\, Tunghai University in Taiwan\, he once worked as a plasterer\, a laborer\, and a hotel waiter. It took him five college entrance examinations before he was finally admitted to the Department of Chinese Literature of Tunghai University. His mother left the family when he was ten years old\, and he grew up amidst the scars of his broken family\, shaping his unique experiences and personality. \nWith twenty years of study in the Satir family therapy and experiences gained from dialogs with tens of thousands of students\, parents\, and individuals\, Teacher Lee Chung-Chiene has become a legendary figure in the Chinese-speaking world for his role in promoting Satir Iceberg Dialogues. He has helped many families who are deeply troubled in getting along to get out of the difficulties step by step\, influencing the reconciliation and change of these families\, personal growth\, and harmonious marital relationship. \n\n【Introduction of Speaker 2】\nLee Wei-Chi\nChairwoman of Best Education\, Ms. Wei-Chi Lee is best known for saying\,\n“Education is not a business — it is a matter of conscience.”\nFrom a Stanford Ph.D. to a devoted mother with an unshakable belief\, she has spent over 20 years diligently cultivating the field of education\, driven by a single purpose: to give every child the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.\nHer daughter’s difficult experience at an international school—where language barriers caused real emotional harm—planted the seed to build a school tailored for Chinese children\, with a global outlook. In 2000\, at the invitation of the Henan education authorities\, she gave up her original plans in Shanghai and moved her dream to Zhengzhou\, despite the poor reputation and uphill challenges of private education at the time.\nIn 2001\, Best Education was officially founded. What began as a single school has grown into a full K–12 system with over a dozen campuses\, including kindergartens\, primary and secondary schools\, and English language programs. Ms. Lee firmly believes that education is not a race for grades\, but a long-term investment in a child’s future. Many students once considered “unlikely to succeed” were later admitted to top universities such as Harvard and Columbia\, all while maintaining a love of learning and a desire to serve society. These are the stories that move her most deeply.\nTo help children truly learn how to learn\, in 2018\, Ms. Wei-Chi Lee introduced the “XueSiDa” (Learning\, Thinking\, and Presenting) teaching approach\, enabling students to develop the ability to ask questions proactively\, think critically\, collaborate\, and express themselves—equipping them with self-directed learning skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.\nOutside of the classroom\, Wei-Chi Lee places equal importance on public welfare and social responsibility. Little did I know\, it became the starting point for exploring many more possibilities. \nOver more than twenty years growing alongside Best School\, I started as a physical education teacher and gradually expanded my roles to include early childhood physical and sensory integration training\, school medical staff\, and mathematics teaching. I then took on leadership positions such as Supervisor of the night division\, Academic Director\, and Head of the counseling department\, eventually becoming the Principal responsible for two elementary schools. Each role transition was a breakthrough\, allowing me to continually push beyond my limits and discover my potential. \nThese experiences reshaped my understanding of my career and myself\, and helped me develop a deeper appreciation for life’s values and social responsibility. I am especially grateful to Ms. Lee Weichi\, the organizer of Best School\, for her educational vision and passion\, which have allowed me to realize social value through the practice of educational ideals. \nThe core value of Best School\, “Self-Learning and Lifelong Growth\,” has motivated me to develop a habit of continuous learning. Whether facing role changes or skill upgrades\, I have actively explored with the mindset of a learner. When death approaches (whether our own or that of a loved one)\, how do we live with this ultimate limitation? He is also a long-term collaborative instructor with the Dancing with the Elephant Foundation of U.S.. \nGraduated from the Department of Chinese Literature\, Tunghai University in Taiwan\, he once worked as a plasterer\, a laborer\, and a hotel waiter. It took him five college entrance examinations before he was finally admitted to the Department of Chinese Literature of Tunghai University. His mother left the family when he was ten years old\, and he grew up amidst the scars of his broken family\, shaping his unique experiences and personality. \nWith twenty years of study in the Satir family therapy and experiences gained from dialogs with tens of thousands of students\, parents\, and individuals\, Teacher Li Chong Jian has become a legendary figure in the Chinese-speaking world for his role in promoting Satir Iceberg Dialogues. Let your physical  sensations be  your guide. in the dynamic interplay  of movement and stillness\, feelings\, beliefs\, and yearnings that were once hidden will gradually surface. This is not about learning more theory\, but about learning to encounter your own authentic experience. \nWhen the body speaks the unspoken~ \nSometimes we may say\, “I am calm now\,” yet our speech is rushed\, as if chasing something that cannot be stopped; or we might say\, “It’s okay\, I’ve let it go\,” while our shoulders remain tight and high; perhaps we smile while describing a turmoil  of sadness and anger; or our body unconsciously leans\, struggling to maintain balance or holding  an unstable position\, believing the strained balance is the only way. These seemingly minor details are \, in fact\, our body speaking—signals of emotions\, stress\, and expectations hidden within the “Iceberg”. \nHowever\,  if we only listen to ‘what is said’\, and ignore ‘how it is said’—overlooking what is happening in the body as we speak—we may miss the authentic  calls coming from within. \nAs Ms. Satir reminded us： \nWhen your body is tense\, oxygen cannot reach all its parts; but when you relax and stretch\, oxygen can enter these  areas\, allowing you to connect with your body and receive its signals… This is not a concept\, but a reality. \nThe body is not just a tool for action; it also carries our thoughts\, emotions\, and life force. In this course\, we will unfold and explore the “Iceberg Map” within  our bodies. On this journey of connecting with ourselves\, we can re-establish our grounded presence and lay a gentle yet strong foundation for accompanying ourselves and others in the future. \nYou might wonder: how can an exploration starting from the body be conducted online? \nIn fact\, different formats open different doors of experience. When we are in a familiar space\, able to choose our own pace and movements freely\, the body may be more willing to speak; we may also hear its subtle messages more clearly and come closer to our true selves. Through  voice guidance\, body anchoring\, and breathwork exercises\, participants are supported to return  to the present moment. Through this process\, we gradually approach the inner landscape of the“Iceberg.” \nMeditation does not aim for a “correct” state; it is a way of reconnecting with yourself. As Satir said\, “Your choice is from the spirit\,” and with each breath\, we take a small step closer to life.。 \n\n Experiential Activities and Creative Expression\n\nThe course includes simple body movement exercises\, intuitive drawing\, and other creative activities. No prior art or dance background  is required —just a willingness to approach yourself with curiosity. That was a profound journey of body-based dialogue\, in which creative physical training and expressive practice  opened doors and windows into my  inner world. During those years\, various body training that explored different flows\, tensions\, and textures  became secret pathways to meet and converse with different aspects of myself. \nLater\, encountering  the Satir Model—\, with its focus on mind-body integration\, and training in dance movement therapy\, marked a major turning point.  These frameworks  allowed me to weave together my prior embodied experiences in the arts with the practices of accompaniment and awareness from my psychological training\, gradually forming a mind-body path of practice. He is also a literature writer\, and his works have won awards such as the Times Literary Award and the Liang Shih-chiu Literary Award. His prose collections include “Xiang Wang Yu Jianghu ”\, “My Beloved Mother”\, “The Parting Elegy”\, and “The Elder Yu’s True spirits”.\nDr. Chang has achieved great success in teaching\, winning the Department of Education’s Teaching Excellence Award and introducing “ShareStart Teaching Method” in September 2013. He was the trailblazer to advocate for an “open classroom” teaching approach. He established “Sharestart Teaching Community” on Facebook\, where more than 20\,000 teachers\, parents\, students and scholars engage in professional teaching discussions. With support from the ChengZhi Education Foundation\, they built a platform for “Sharestart”\, which broke down inter-school barriers and allowed for sharing teaching materials. Dr. Chang has been invited to share the “Sharestart” teaching methods in places throughout Taiwan\, Singapore\, Shandong\, Nanjing\, and Macau\, paving the way for educational reform in the Chinese-speaking world.
