However\, often in their eagerness to assist others\, they unintentionally neglect their own personal growth. Simultaneously\, during the process of supporting others\, they frequently fail to focus on addressing their own challenges and seeking technical improvement. As a result\, they miss out on valuable opportunities for self-development and may feel frustrated in the process of assisting others. \nIt is said that many people\, upon witnessing Mrs. Satir’s interactions with others\, felt a sense of magic. In a short period\, noticeable changes occurred\, and individuals seemed to radiate brightness. As a result\, her work was considered nothing short of miraculous. However\, Mrs. Satir responded with great sincerity: “Many years ago\, I found the match in my life through the candlelight in someone else’s heart\, illuminating the candle within my own heart. Now\, I use the candlelight within my heart to help others find the match in their lives\, lighting the candle within their own hearts.” \nWhat she wants to convey is that if we want to help others as she does\, we can also light our own candle first and then accompany others in lighting their own candles. For me\, the key is the “self-healing” of the companion because when we experience and understand the process of self-healing\, we can better accompany others in their own self-healing. Please note my choice of words: to accompany others in their “self-healing” rather than to “heal others.” \n\n【Course Description】\nIf you resonate with the Satir Model shared by Teacher Tien-An and have had positive experiences with self-healing using these methods (four key questions of the learning map\, transitioning from expectations to desires\, and engaging in dialogue with your younger self)\, and you also wish to accompany others in such ‘self-healing\,’ then you are welcome to join us for discussions! \nThis course spans six months\, divided into three stages of online classes (please refer to the instructions in the registration form for specific class times and requirements). Throughout the process\, there will be numerous practices in groups of three\, providing a more solid foundation for learning. Able to apply methods for exploring the iceberg and transforming experiences from the original family (e.g.\, dialogues with your younger self) to oneself.\n4. Have drawn a family map\, a family life timeline\, or self-learned and supplemented drawings\, and must bring them to the course.\n5. Refunds or transfers will not be considered for any other situations. \n\n【Instructor】\nTien-An Chang \nTina-An Chang is a senior Satir Model trainer in Taiwan. He is currently the director of the Hualien Wotu Psychological Studio and a Satir model workshop lecturer and independent practitioner of psychological education. He has long followed Dr. Maria Gomori\, a master of the Satir model\, and has taught in Taiwan and various parts of China\, serving as a group mentor. In recent years\, he has been invited to lead Satir model workshops in Taiwan\, Singapore\, Malaysia\, and China. \nTian-An Chang holds a master’s degree in psychology from Fu Jen Catholic University and is a licensed counselor. He has worked as an action counselor at the Hualien Secret Garden Counseling Center\, a part-time counseling psychologist at the Counseling Center of Tunghai University\, a part-time counseling psychologist at the Hualien County Student Counseling Center\, and a part-time psychologist at various social welfare organizations such as the Hualien Family Assistance Association and the Mustard Seed Youth Home. He has also served as a counseling teacher in multiple educational institutions. \nSpecialties: Interpersonal conflicts\, emotional distress such as depression and anger\, adult self-exploration\, marriage and family relationships. His work includes individual counseling\, NPO volunteer training\, parent growth groups\, teacher support and growth groups\, and leading workshops on Satir growth models. \n\n

They established the Attachment Theory which remains influential to date. According to this theory\, when their primary caregivers provide infants with enough security during early childhood\, children develop the motivation and courage to explore the external world. DESCRIPTION:【注意事項】 \n課程時間2.5HR \n\n歐普拉 (Oprah Winfrey)是美國著名的電視主持人，她的訪談風格以同理心和真誠著稱，因為她擅於連結自己的內心世界，並且公開分享自己的成長經歷和情感掙扎，包括童年的貧困和創傷。歐普拉通過轉化傷口變成智慧，建立了深刻的自我覺察，這使她能夠真誠地與觀眾連結，也讓受訪者感到被理解和接納。 \n連結自己涉及深入了解和接納自己的內在世界，包括情感、渴望、價值觀和信念。有時候我們對自己的情感和行為背後的原因不夠了解，這些盲點會阻礙自我連結。另外，來自社會、家庭和工作的壓力和期望可能會讓我們忽視自己的內在需求和感受，還有未解決的過去經歷也會影響我們對自我認知和接納。由此可知，連結自己是一門辛苦的人生必修課，神奇的是，它卻很甜美，因為，「連結」是我們存在的原因。 \n張輝誠老師是學思達教育基金會的創辦人和教學總監。在學習蕯提爾模式後，他將薩提爾的理念融入他創立的學思達教學模式中，而有更好的成效。這門課程將通過薩提爾冰山對話模式，包含了理論講解與實際練習，幫助學員深入理解並掌握自我覺察與表達的技巧，從而促進自我轉化與內在一致性，提升自我連結與人際溝通能力。這是一場陪伴你探索內在世界的旅程，歡迎一起來體驗！ \n\n【課程大綱】\n一、 轉化的起點：自我覺察與新選擇。(概說、應對姿態、一致性；感受、6A、聖多那釋放法新選擇)\n二、 轉化的能量與體驗：連結自我渴望(愛、接納、價值、自由)。\n三、 轉化的連動：打開觀點，接納期待落空。\n四、 轉化的新狀態：一致性。內在覺察與新表達方式(渴望、感受)。 \n \n\n【講師簡介】\n張輝誠 \n台灣師大文學博士，學思達教育基金會創辦人，教學總監，作家。\n教學成就曾榮獲教育部教學卓越獎金質獎，北京全人教育獎首獎，2013年9月開始提倡「學思達教學法」，是台灣教育圈「隨時開放教室」第一人；組建臉書「學思達教學社群」，短短一年之間，超過全台八萬多名老師、家長、學生、學者進行專業教學討論；又在誠致教育基金會的資助之下建立「學思達教學法分享平台」(shareclass)，打破校際藩籬，共享教學講義。受邀至全台各地分享學思達教學法，更受邀至美國、新加坡、大陸各地、港澳等地分享，為華人世界的教育革新寫下新頁。著有《學思達》、《學思達增能》、《學思達小學堂》(繪本套書)。 \n2014年起，張輝誠有意識地邀請李崇建老師將薩提爾導入學思達，長期將薩提爾學思達化，方便學思達老師更能方便掌握並實際運用薩提爾冰山對話，與崇建老師合著《教室裡的對話練習》，策劃《薩提爾的縱深對話》，自著《家庭裡的對話練習》，都與薩體爾冰山對話相關。 \n文學作品曾獲時報文學獎、梁實秋文學獎等，著有散文集《相忘於江湖》、《我的心肝阿母》、《離別賦》、《毓老真精神》。 \n \n\n  \n【Course Outline】\n1.The Starting Point of Transformation: Self-awareness and New Choices (Overview\, Coping Stances\, Consistency\, Feelings\, 6A\, New Options for Sedona Method)\n2.The Energy and Experience of Transformation: Connecting with Self Yearnings (Love\, Acceptance\, Value\, Freedom).\n3.Linkage of Transformation: Opening up Perspectives\, Embracing Disappointed Expectations.\n4.New States of Transformation: Congruence. Inner Awareness and New Ways of Expression (Desires\, Feelings). \n\nOur instructor:  \nDr. Huicheng Chang\nDr. Chang is a literature Ph.D. from National Taiwan Normal University and teacher at Taipei City Zhongshan Girls High School.  He is also a literature writer\, and  his works have won awards such as the Times Literary Award and the Liang Shih-chiu Literary Award.  His prose collections include “Xiang Wang Yu Jianghu ”\, “My Beloved Mother”\, “The Parting Elegy”\, and “The Elder Yu’s True spirits”. \nDr. Chang has achieved great success in teaching\, winning the Department of Education’s Teaching Excellence Award and introducing “ShareStart Teaching Method” in September 2013.  He was the trailblazer to advocate for an “open classroom” teaching approach.  He established “Sharestart Teaching Community” on Facebook\, where more than 20\,000 teachers\, parents\, students and scholars engage in professional teaching discussions.  With support from the ChengZhi Education Foundation\, they built a platform for “Sharestart”\, which broke down inter-school barriers and allowed for sharing teaching materials.  Dr. Chang has been invited to share the “Sharestart” teaching methods in places throughout Taiwan\, Singapore\, Shandong\, Nanjing\, and Macau\, paving the way for educational reform in the Chinese-speaking world \n\n
