最近生活(心情)好嗎?身體好嗎?
顧好一身,會有好的一生。「身」和「生」音近不同字,彼此間也充滿關連,我們的身體常常反映著生活的狀態(心情)。各種療法,最終的目標都是「身心平衡」。療癒身心可以由不同方法下手,身心是互相影響的,所以調理身體,會影響的到心理;調理心理一樣也會連動到身體。
「脈輪」的古印度梵文為Chakra,其字根是「圓」、「輪子」的意思,脈輪在印度瑜珈的概念是指身體中的運轉的能量中心。現代醫學發現,脈輪所在的位置,也對應著的我們脊椎上的神經叢。身體就像一台機器,而這個幾個能量中心,就像是控制中心。不同脈輪的能量,反映著身體相關部位的狀態以及相關的生命議題。例如:喉嚨對應我們喉嚨、脖子附近的神經叢,反映「表達」的議題。

第二堂課:生殖輪——流動的能量與情緒平衡
你的情緒是否容易波動,或者覺得生活缺乏活力與熱情?
生殖輪是能量與創造力的中心,這堂課將帶你重新連結內在的動力,釋放情緒壓力,恢復能量流動的平衡感。搭配滋養的飲食建議與放鬆的按摩技巧,讓你感受到活力與愉悅的情緒轉變。
第三堂課:太陽輪——點燃內在的力量與意志

Session 1: Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Stability and Energy Grounding

This session explores the root chakra; learn how to stabilize your foundation and awaken your inner strength and vitality. Through traditional health and wellness techniques, simple massage practices, and cleansing meditations, you’ll build a solid foundaiton for your body and mind.
Session 2: Sacral Chakra (Svadhishthana) – Energy Flow and Emotional Balance
Do your emotions fluctuate easily, or do you lack vitality and passion?
The sacral chakra is the center of energy and creativity. This session reconnects you with your inner power, releases emotional stress, and restores sense of balance in your energy flow. Paired with nourishing dietary advice and relaxing massage techniques, you will feel a shift toward vibrancy and joy.
Session 3: Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Igniting Inner Power and Willpower
Do you often feel a lack of self-confidence or struggle to stay focused on your goals?
The solar plexus chakra is your source of strength and willpower. This session uses simple mind-body practices to ignite your inner light, foster self-confidence, and strengthen decision-making abilities. Combined with health and wellness techniques for emotional balance and core power will help you establish a stable inner pillar.
Session 4: Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Love and Self-Acceptance
Do you find it difficult to accept yourself or feel constrained in your relationships?
