人生是一趟單程旅行，你正在旅途中體驗人生風景，但你知道終點站在哪裡嗎?

如果明天就是下一生，你準備好無常的到來嗎?黃金倒數24小時，會想為自己做什麼?

「生老病死」是人生的四大必修課。出生無法選擇，但如何面對老、病與死，卻是我們可以主動準備的。就像一場長途旅行，事前規劃越周全，即使途中遇到突發狀況，也能安然以對，不致慌亂。

人類最大的恐懼，往往來自對死亡的逃避與未知。唯有直視死亡、理解它的樣貌，我們才能放下內在的恐懼，活出更有勇氣與意義的人生。

本次講座，邀請到長年耕耘教育現場、深具人文思維的張輝誠老師，以及致力於推動符合現代需求之殯葬文化的郭憲鴻（小冬瓜）。當兩位來自不同領域的對話者交會，將會激盪出什麼樣的生命火花？

既然生命的方向是「向死而生」，就讓我們學習如何熱情擁抱生命、無懼面對死亡。當有朝一日，人生旅程即將劃下句點，我們也能夠坦然地說出——「這個世界，因為我的存在，而變得更美好！」

【講師簡介】

張輝誠

台灣師大文學博士，台北市中山女高教師，文學作家。

文學作品曾獲時報文學獎、梁實秋文學獎等，著有散文集《相忘於江湖》、《我的心肝阿母》、《離別賦》、《毓老真精神》。

教學成就曾榮獲教育部教學卓越獎金質獎，2013年9月開始提倡「學思達教學法」，是台灣教育圈「隨時開放教室」第一人；組建臉書「學思達教學社群」，短短一年之間，超過全台兩萬名老師、家長、學生、學者進行專業教學討論；又在誠致教育基金會的資助之下建立「學思達教學法分享平台」，打破校際藩籬，共享教學講義。受邀至全台各地分享學思達教學法，更受邀至新加坡、山東、南京、澳門等地分享，為華人世界的教育革新寫下新頁。

【講師簡介】

郭憲鴻（小冬瓜）

1990年生，禮儀公司「冬瓜行旅」負責人，20多年殯葬經歷。國小協助告別式備貨，國中開始搬運遺體，跟著父親在殯葬現場長大。曾逃離過，在父親病重時回歸，毅然接班。從儀式裡思考生死的意義，並希望打造出與時俱進的儀式，符合現代人的禮儀需求。

透過殯葬禮俗、醫療、心靈、法律、財務等各領域專家協助，提供更全面的禮儀服務體驗，讓更多人可無憾面對生死。並創立「單程旅行社」YouTube頻道，藉由探討各種生死議題，期望大眾不再懼談死亡，落實生命教育。亦成立郭東修（冬瓜）生命教育紀念協會，幫助弱勢族群處理殯葬事宜。經常受邀上節目，除了談生死，也談家人之間和解、安寧醫療、善終權等議題。

Our instructor:  

Dr. Huicheng Chang

Dr. Chang is a literature Ph.D. from National Taiwan Normal University and teacher at Taipei City Zhongshan Girls High School.  He is also a literature writer, and  his works have won awards such as the Times Literary Award and the Liang Shih-chiu Literary Award.  His prose collections include “Xiang Wang Yu Jianghu ”, “My Beloved Mother”, “The Parting Elegy”, and “The Elder Yu’s True spirits”.

Dr. Chang has achieved great success in teaching, winning the Department of Education’s Teaching Excellence Award and introducing “ShareStart Teaching Method” in September 2013.  He was the trailblazer to advocate for an “open classroom” teaching approach.  He established “Sharestart Teaching Community” on Facebook, where more than 20,000 teachers, parents, students and scholars engage in professional teaching discussions.  With support from the ChengZhi Education Foundation, they built a platform for “Sharestart”, which broke down inter-school barriers and allowed for sharing teaching materials.  Dr. Chang has been invited to share the “Sharestart” teaching methods in places throughout Taiwan, Singapore, Shandong, Nanjing, and Macau, paving the way for educational reform in the Chinese-speaking world.

Guo Xianhong (Xiao Donggua)

Born in 1990, Guo is the head of the funeral service company Donggua Travel, with over 20 years of experience in the funeral industry. He began assisting with funeral preparation in elementary school and started transporting bodies in middle school, growing up immersed in the profession alongside his father. Although he once tried to leave the industry, he returned when his father fell gravely ill and eventually took over the family business. Guo contemplates the meaning of life and death through the lens of rituals and strives to modernize traditional ceremonies to meet the evolving needs of contemporary society. By collaborating with professionals from diverse fields–funeral customers, medicine, spirituality, law, and finance–he provides a more holistic funeral service experience, enabling people to face life and death without regrets. He also founded the “One-Way Travel Agency” YouTube channel, where he explores a wide range of topics related to life and earth, aiming to reduce the societal fear of discussing mortality and to promote life education. In addition, he established the Guo Dongxiu (Donggua) Life Education Memorial Association to help underprivileged communities manage funeral arrangements. Guo is frequent guest on media programs, where he discusses not only death and dying but also topics like family reconciliation, palliative care, and the right to a dignified end-of-life journey.

Reflecting on life and death through rituals, Guo is committed to creating up-to-date ceremonies that resonate with modern values. He actively explores death-related topics to encourage open dialogue and foster a deeper understanding of life education.
