薩奇博士的《自我療癒正念書》與卡巴金博士《正念療癒力》並列正念減壓修習必讀雙經典。舞象基金會志工群在細細研讀 《自我療癒正念書》一書後,帶著個人練習的小故事,將和大家分享正念之美。

《自我療癒正念書》是一趟向內的旅程,邀請我們從繁忙與混亂中抽身,回到身體與呼吸的節奏中,聆聽那些平日忽略的訊息,感受每一個細微而真實的當下。

在這場讀書會中,我們將一同閱讀、討論,並實際練習書中的正念技巧。這不僅是閱讀,更是一種存在的練習,一種重新與自己建立連結的方式。生活中無論想要不想要的、擔憂恐懼、無力感、尷尬…等等,都能有與之和諧共處的方法和練習。 

因此,我們設計了兩期的線上讀書會,每次聚焦一個主題,搭配團體分享練習,讓每位參與者在安全而支持的空間中,練習分享、傾聽、與自己對話。這是一段開放的探索歷程,沒有標準答案,也無須完美表現,只要願意停下腳步,就是改變的開始。

如果你已經在接觸薩提爾模式或內在探索,《自我療癒正念書》是一本能整合思維與身體經驗的實用指南。它不只是讓你了解自己,而是教你如何有意識地陪伴自己、修復自己。和舞象志工群一起,讓我們靜靜地、溫和地、深刻地碰觸到自己的內心深處。

目的與理念
透過閱讀與討論,學習並實踐正念技巧,提升自我療癒能力
提供學員一個學習與實踐正念的方法,增進自我覺察與身心平衡
透過團體討論與交流,促進彼此支持與啟發
幫助參與者在日常生活中應用正念技巧,改善壓力管理與情緒調節

報名對象
對正念有興趣,願意參與討論並實踐正念練習的學員

進行方式
頻率與時間:每個月2堂,每堂1.5小時
共分為兩期:Part1-六月至七月(4堂)、Part2-八月至九月(4堂),兩期共8堂

討論方式
依照書本章節進行,每次聚焦於特定內容
由主持人帶領討論,搭配開放式問題引導分享
參與者可分享自身經驗與應用心得

預期成果
參與者對正念概念有更深入的理解
能在生活中實踐正念技巧,提升自我療癒能力
建立支持性的讀書社群,讓學員持續交流與學習

【Asia Night Session】《Self-Healing Mindfulness Book》Reading Group Part 1

Purpose and Vision
Through reading and discussion, participants will learn and practice mindfulness techniques to enhance their self-healing abilities.

  • Provide participants with a method to learn and practice mindfulness, promoting self-awareness and mind-body balance
  • Foster mutual support and inspiration through group discussions and sharing
  • Help participants apply mindfulness techniques in daily life to improve stress management and emotional regulation

Target Participants

Learners who are interested in mindfulness and willing to engage in discussions and mindfulness practice


Format

Frequency & Duration: Two sessions per month, each lasting 1.5 hours

Two Parts:

Part 1 – June to July (4 sessions)

Part 2 – August to September (4 sessions)

Total: 8 sessions across both parts


Discussion Method

  • Follow the book’s chapters, focusing on specific content each session
  • Led by facilitator with open-ended questions to guide sharing
  • Participants are encouraged to share personal experiences and insights from applying mindfulness

Expected Outcomes

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of mindfulness concepts

Develop the ability to practice mindfulness in daily life to enhance self-healing

Build a supportive reading group community for continued learning and connection

Practice: Breath awareness meditation / Noticing the texture of breathing / Entering a new way of living
Week 3 Seeing and Opening the Heart Part 2: Don’t Look Away
Peaceful Mind, Namaste, Remember, Setting Boundaries
Understanding how emotions and thoughts work, inner dialogue, recognizing habitual responses, learning to set boundaries and connect
Sharing: Think of a recent reaction—could you have responded mindfully?
Practice: Holding space for others / Remember / Partnering with the boundary-setting mind
Week 4 Practice and Integration Part 2: Friendship, Innate Inner Ease, Broken Yet Whole
Part 3: Digging Deeper into Our Lives, The Woman at the Well, Separation and Longing
Settling inward, reconciling with self, awareness of feelings and thoughts, experiencing the present moment Sharing: How did I reconcile with myself this week?
Practice: Befriending yourself / Noticing thoughts and emotions / Embracing the unwanted

  • This course is divided into Part 1 and Part 2, and requires separate registration for each part.
