【課程簡介】

在粉彩柔美細膩的色彩陪伴裡，找回點滴被遺忘的幸福，藉由反思與書寫，帶領學員看見自己內在珍貴的特質與無窮的力量，從指尖開始，滋養一顆能在新的ㄧ年中信心充滿、築夢踏實的心。

【課程大綱】

第一堂：幸福的滋味

帶領學員回顧幸福的每個瞬間，重新定義什麼是幸褔？自己真正想要的又是怎樣的幸福？再進一步發現～或許很多幸福的點滴，其實早已圍繞在身邊。

第二堂：人生山脈

回顧人生經歷過的高山與低谷，每個跨越過的難關，就是一座人生山脈。透過藝術創作的方式，開啟一個全新的視角，看見一座做的人生山脈，是如何為自己帶來美麗又豐盛的饋贈。

第三堂：無價之寶

帶領學員思考對自己來說，全世界最珍貴的寶物是什麼？在各種答案中歸納出對自我的疼惜與看重，生命就是由各種體驗建構而成，沒有了我，外在所有的一切就是一場空，用鑽石粉彩畫來呈現每個獨一無二的生命體，每個人都是自己最珍貴的無價之寶。

【課程前準備】

請參與者於課前準備好下列材料：

1.粉彩24色X1盒 (乾式、硬式粉彩條)

2.1cm寬紙膠帶X1卷

3.圖畫紙15*15cmX3張(可自行裁切)

4.Ａ4白紙X3張         

5.剪刀X1把

6.美工刀片X1把         

7.鉛筆、橡皮擦 (2B鉛筆或一般鉛筆皆可)        

8.廚房紙巾

[Healing Soul Series – Pastel] (3 sessions)

[Course Introduction and Outline]

Session 1: The taste of happiness

Guiding students to retrospect every moment of happiness and redefine what happiness is. What kind of happiness do I really want? I may discover that bits of happiness are in fact already surrounding me.

Session 2: The Mountains of Life

Looking back at the high mountains and low valleys we have experienced in life, every difficulty we have overcome was a mountain of life. Through artistic creation and expression, one can breakthrough to a new perspective and see how a mountain of life can bring forth beautiful and abundant gifts.

Session 3: Priceless Treasure

Guiding students to think about what the most precious treasure in the world is to them. From various answers, one will define what is self-love and self-respect. Life is basically built upon different experiences and knowledge gained through living. Without me, everything external is void. Diamond pastel paintings will be used to present each unique life form. Everyone is his/her most precious and priceless treasure.

【Course Objectives】

Accompanied by the soft and delicate colors of pastels, we can retrieve every bit of forgotten happiness. Through reflection and free writing, Teacher Zheng will lead students to see their inner precious qualities and infinite power. Starting from the fingertips, we can nourish our hearts that will grow in confidence and build dreams and be practical for the new year. 

【Preparation Before Class】

Please prepare the following materials before class.

1. One box of 24 colors (dry or hard pastels)
2. One roll of 1 cm wide paper tape
3. 3 sheets of 15x15cm Drawing paper (can be cut by yourself)
4. 3 sheets of A4 white paper
5. A pair of Scissors
6. Utility blade
7. Pencil, eraser (2B pencil or regular pencil)
8. Kitchen paper towels
