【課程簡介】
介紹薩提爾模式冰山理論的概念,以冰山對話為基礎,並深入內在冰山的認識與探索,提升自我與自我(自我連結,覺察自己,回應自己,身心得到健康與和諧)、自我與他人(從覺察自己,到體驗到尊重一個人、關懷一個人,對人寬闊的接納與愛,進而引導出他人的內在渴望與能量)的內在歷程的瞭解、安頓、連結與活化,進而瞭解自我與他人關係的互動、溝通模式。

【講師簡介】
張輝誠
台灣師大文學博士,台北市中山女高教師,文學作家。
文學作品曾獲時報文學獎、梁實秋文學獎等,著有散文集《相忘於江湖》、《我的心肝阿母》、《離別賦》、《毓老真精神》。
教學成就曾榮獲教育部教學卓越獎金質獎,2013年9月開始提倡「學思達教學法」,是台灣教育圈「隨時開放教室」第一人;組建臉書「學思達教學社群」,短短一年之間,超過全台兩萬名老師、家長、學生、學者進行專業教學討論;又在誠致教育基金會的資助之下建立「學思達教學法分享平台」,打破校際藩籬,共享教學講義。受邀至全台各地分享學思達教學法,更受邀至新加坡、山東、南京、澳門等地分享,為華人世界的教育革新寫下新頁。
[Connecting to Self and Others]: Comprehensive analysis, experience, and practice of dialogues based on Satir Iceberg Model (Advanced) (4 sessions)

【Course objectives】
Expression and validation: Satir Iceberg expression (besides expressing opinions, to learn how to express feelings, expectations, and yearnings. Going to the deeper layers within the Iceberg metaphor from Yearnings to Life Force/Self)
【Course Introduction】
This course will introduce the concept of the Satir Iceberg Model. Using the dialogues based on this model as foundation, deepen the understanding and exploration of the intrapsychic layers of the iceberg to elevate the inner process of understanding, settling, connecting and vitalizing the relationship between one and self (self-connection, self-awareness, self-response, health and harmony of the mind and body) and between self and others (from self-awareness, to experiencing respect and caring for others, then branching out to love and accept others, and in turn drawing out the expression of yearnings and life force of others). Understand interpersonal relationships and communication styles between self and others.
【Course Outline】
First class:
From “Yearnings” to “Self”: Vitality and Essence
1. After mastering and experiencing “Yearnings”, dive deeper into “Self” and experience vitality and essence
2. Body awareness, basic meditation and mindfulness techniques
3. Ways to maintain vitality
Second class:
Experience “Self”: spiritual energy
1. How can the spiritual energy be indefinitely inclusive and how to connect with the universal beings
Third class:
Experience “Self”: Spirit
1. The relationship of self, body, mind, and spirit: connect and identify
2. Train spirit through body and mind
Fourth class:
Experience “Self”: Spirit
1. Create a brand new self
2. The rise and fall of life and its eternity
Our instructor:
Dr. Huicheng Chang
Dr. Chang is a literature Ph.D. from National Taiwan Normal University and teacher at Taipei City Zhongshan Girls High School. He is also a literature writer, and his works have won awards such as the Times Literary Award and the Liang Shih-chiu Literary Award. His prose collections include “Xiang Wang Yu Jianghu ”, “My Beloved Mother”, “The Parting Elegy”, and “The Elder Yu’s True spirits”.
Dr. Chang has achieved great success in teaching, winning the Department of Education’s Teaching Excellence Award and introducing “ShareStart Teaching Method” in September 2013. He was the trailblazer to advocate for an “open classroom” teaching approach. He established “Sharestart Teaching Community” on Facebook, where more than 20,000 teachers, parents, students and scholars engage in professional teaching discussions. With support from the ChengZhi Education Foundation, they built a platform for “Sharestart”, which broke down inter-school barriers and allowed for sharing teaching materials. Dr. Chang has been invited to share the “Sharestart” teaching methods in places throughout Taiwan, Singapore, Shandong, Nanjing, and Macau, paving the way for educational reform in the Chinese-speaking world.
