「當你讓身體放鬆時,你就能走向一個新的地方。」~Virginia Satir
正如薩提爾所提醒的那樣,身體的放鬆,往往是我們通往內在新風景的起點。

如果你曾經學過薩提爾模式中的「冰山」,這一次,想邀請你,換一種方式靠近~不是從理論開始,而是從身體知覺出發。讓身體的知覺成為導航,在動與靜的吐納之間,慢慢浮現出那些被隱藏的感受、信念與渴望。這不是要學會更多理論,而是學著與自己真實的經驗相遇。

當身體說出未被說出口的事~
我們有時候可能說「我現在很平靜」,但話語急促,像是追趕什麼無法停下;或說「沒關係,我已經放下了」,卻僵硬地撐著肩膀;也許一邊笑著,卻在描述著悲傷與憤怒交織的混亂;又或者身體不自覺傾斜,在不穩的位置上,以為只能這樣費力維持平衡。 這些看似微小的細節,其實是身體在說話,是「冰山」裡情緒、壓力與期待的訊號。

但如果我們只聽「說了什麼」,而忽略了「怎麼說」、忽略了「說話的時候,身體正在發生什麼」,就可能錯過那些來自內在的真實呼喚。

正如薩提爾女士提醒我們的:
當你緊繃時,氧氣無法到達身體的所有部位;但若你放鬆且舒展,氧氣就能進入那些地方,讓你與身體連結,接收其訊號……這不是一個概念,而是一個現實。

身體不只是行動的工具,更承載著我們的思想、情感與生命力。這堂課,我們試著打開自己身體的冰山地圖,在與自己連結的旅程中,重新站穩腳下的位置,也為未來的陪伴,種下一份溫柔而有力的根基。

也許你會疑惑:從身體出發的探索,如何在線上進行?
其實,不同形式會打開不同的感受之門。當我們在熟悉的空間裡,能自由選擇自己的步調與移動方式,身體或許更願意說話;也或許,更能細緻地聽見身體的聲音,靠近真實的自己。不過,也需要你在心與空間上多做一些準備,線上形式雖然便利,卻也更仰賴你的參與與投入,才能共創這段身心旅程。

【課程目標】
自由地看、聽、感受:從身心對話中,傾聽身體流動出的訊息,更認識未曾言說的內在故事,理解那些難以言說卻真實存在的經驗。

更一致性的自我對話:學習在生活中以整合的方式回應自己,不僅透過語言,也藉由姿態、節奏與動作,讓自己更一致地回應內在的期待與渴望。

連接自己的生命力:在柔軟與力量中安穩自己,也為未來的陪伴他人打下有力的立足點。

整體而言,課程設計希望在結構與流動之間找到平衡,引導參與者循序深入、溫柔探索 ,並將所觸及的轉化帶回日常生活。


【課程架構】
以下是本課程的主要進行架構,內容會依學員狀態與團體動力適時調整,並保留探索空間與即時調節的彈性。

1. 冥想與內在安頓
每堂課將從冥想或內在覺察練習開始,透過聲音引導、身體定位、呼吸練習,幫助自己回到此時此地。這個過程中,我們會慢慢靠近「冰山」內在。

冥想並不追求某種「正確」的狀態,而是一種重新與自己建立關係的方式。正如薩提爾所說:「Your choice is from the spirit(我們的選擇來自靈魂)」,每一次呼吸,都是向生命靠近的一小步。

2. 體驗性活動與創造性表達
課程中將包含簡單動身體、直覺畫畫等創造性活動。這些活動不需任何藝術或舞蹈背景,只要你願意帶著好奇靠近自己,就能在動靜之間開始覺察;那些未曾說出口的內在訊息,也將因允許而浮現,因接納而安放。

透過這些身心對話的歷程,我們將觸及冰山的不同層次~感受、觀點、期待與渴望,甚至是那些尚未被命名的生命能量。

活動之間會穿插分享討論,讓經驗有被承接與內化的空間,也讓你在他人的回聲中,看見自己的樣貌。

3. 對話與整合
每堂課最後一段時間,我們會練習讓理智情感與身心知覺同步,整理當日所接觸到的冰山經驗,將探索轉化為能帶回生活的資源。這個整理過程,也是一種「內在一致性」的練習:我們學習如何減少討好、指責、超理智或打岔的內在模式,發展出更一致與和諧的可能。

我們鼓勵每一位夥伴將改變轉化視為一段自我負責的歷程,這是有人陪伴、也屬於自己選擇與決定的旅程。

為了讓這段旅程能更穩定、完整地展開,請確認您已準備好以下幾個部分:

1. 課程前置經驗:
需具備薩提爾模式學習基礎,包含學習過「冰山」、「溝通姿態」。
對自身成長歷程已有初步理解與整理,最好有畫過自己「原生家庭圖」的經驗。

2. 參與承諾:
為了促進團體安全感與互動,請於課程中全程開啟鏡頭。
每堂課後將有簡單的回家練習,請預備好輕鬆而穩定的投入節奏。

3. 學習空間與材料準備:

在電腦前座椅區需有大約瑜伽墊大小、可自由起身動作的空間。
穿著舒適、方便活動的衣物。
一張空白紙與粉蠟筆,或其他你喜歡的繪畫工具。

※以上這些簡單但必要的準備,是你與自己相遇的起點,也是這堂課重要的一部分。

【講師簡介】
簡妍臻

我是台灣諮商心理師,也是一位在自己身上不斷實驗、整合身心對話,以療癒與陪伴自己的人。

在成為心理師之前,曾從事劇場表演多年。那是一段與身體深度對話的旅程,透過創造性的肢體訓練與表達,開啟了看向內心世界的門窗。在那些年裡,不同流動、張力與質地的身體訓練,像是一條條與各種面貌的自己相遇與對話的秘徑。

後來,重視身心整合的薩提爾模式,以及舞蹈治療的學習,成為一個關鍵的轉折點,讓我得以將過去藝術領域中的身體經驗,與心理專業中的陪伴與覺察,逐漸整合成一條身心交織的實踐路徑,也深刻陪伴了我的創傷療癒歷程。

這堂課,是我從這條路徑中生出的邀請,邀請你一同靠近自己,在好奇中探索,重新理解那個尚未說出口的自己,並慢慢踏上自我探索與成長的旅程。

【Course Description

“As we allow our bodies to relax, we can move toward a new place.”
~Virginia Satir

As Satir reminded us, relaxing the body is often the starting point from which we can access  new inner landscapes.

If you have previously studied the “Iceberg” in the Satir Model, this time we invite you to approach it in a different way—not starting from theory, but from embodied  awareness. Let your physical  sensations be  your guide. in the dynamic interplay  of movement and stillness, feelings, beliefs, and yearnings that were once hidden will gradually surface. This is not about learning more theory, but about learning to encounter your own authentic experience.

When the body speaks the unspoken~

Sometimes we may say, “I am calm now,” yet our speech is rushed, as if chasing something that cannot be stopped; or we might say, “It’s okay, I’ve let it go,” while our shoulders remain tight and high; perhaps we smile while describing a turmoil  of sadness and anger; or our body unconsciously leans, struggling to maintain balance or holding  an unstable position, believing the strained balance is the only way. These seemingly minor details are , in fact, our body speaking—signals of emotions, stress, and expectations hidden within the “Iceberg”.

However,  if we only listen to ‘what is said’, and ignore ‘how it is said’—overlooking what is happening in the body as we speak—we may miss the authentic  calls coming from within.

As Ms. Satir reminded us:

When your body is tense, oxygen cannot reach all its parts; but when you relax and stretch, oxygen can enter these  areas, allowing you to connect with your body and receive its signals… This is not a concept, but a reality.

The body is not just a tool for action; it also carries our thoughts, emotions, and life force. In this course, we will unfold and explore the “Iceberg Map” within  our bodies. On this journey of connecting with ourselves, we can re-establish our grounded presence and lay a gentle yet strong foundation for accompanying ourselves and others in the future.

You might wonder: how can an exploration starting from the body be conducted online?

In fact, different formats open different doors of experience. When we are in a familiar space, able to choose our own pace and movements freely, the body may be more willing to speak; we may also hear its subtle messages more clearly and come closer to our true selves. That said, some preparation of both mind and space is needed. While the online format is convenient, it relies even more on your active participation and engagement to co-create this mind-body journey.


【Course Objectives】

  • See, listen, and feel freely: Through the mind-body dialogue, listen to the messages flowing from your body, gain a deeper recognition  of the unspoken inner stories, and understand  experiences that are difficult to articulate yet profoundly real .
  • More congruent  self-dialogue: Learn to respond to yourself in an integrated way in daily life—not only through words, but also through posture, rhythm, and movement— allowing you to respond more congruently to toyour inner expectations and desires.
  • Connecting with your life force: Ground yourself with both softness and strength, while laying a solid foundation for supporting others in the future.

Overall, the course is designed to balance structure and flow, guiding participants to delve deeper gradually and gently explore, and to bring the transformations they experience back into daily life.


【Course Structure】

The following outlines the main structure of this course. Content will be adjusted as needed based on participants’ states and group dynamics, while preserving space for exploration and the flexibility for real-time adaptation.

  1. Meditation and Inner Settling

Each session begins with meditation or inner awareness practices. Through  voice guidance, body anchoring, and breathwork exercises, participants are supported to return  to the present moment. Through this process, we gradually approach the inner landscape of the“Iceberg.”

Meditation does not aim for a “correct” state; it is a way of reconnecting with yourself. As Satir said, “Your choice is from the spirit,” and with each breath, we take a small step closer to life.。

  1. Experiential Activities and Creative Expression

The course includes simple body movement exercises, intuitive drawing, and other creative activities. No prior art or dance background  is required —just a willingness to approach yourself with curiosity. Through the dynamic interplay of movement and stillness, you begin to notice your inner world; the unspoken inner messages within you will surface when allowed and you will find solace as you accept them.

Through this mind-body dialogue, we will touch on different layers of the Iceberg—feelings, perspectives, expectations, and yearnings, as well as the life energy that has yet to be named.

Sharing and discussion will be interspersed between activities, providing space for experiences to be received and internalized, and allowing you to see yourself reflected in the responses of others.

  1. Dialogue and Integration

In the final segment of each session, we practice aligning thoughts , emotions, and body awareness, organizing the Iceberg experiences encountered that day, and transforming these explorations into practical resources you can bring back to daily life. This reflection process is also a practice of “inner congruence”: learning how to reduce internal coping stances  of placating, blaming, super-reasoning, or distracting, and developing a more congruent  and harmonious way of being.

We encourage each participant to view transformation as a journey of self-responsibility—a process that is both accompanied by others and ultimately shaped by your own choices and decisions.


【Course Participation Guidelines】

To ensure this journey unfolds smoothly and completely, please confirm  you are prepared in the following areas:

  1. Prior  Experience:
  • Participants must have foundational knowledge  of the Satir Model, including prior study of the “Iceberg” and “Communication Stances.”
  • Participants should have a preliminary understanding and self-reflection on their personal growth journey, and it is preferable to have experience drawing  a “Family of Origin Map.”
  1. Participation Commitment:
  • To foster a sense of safety and interaction within the group, please keep your camera on throughout all sessions of the course.
  • After each session, there will be simple at-home practice exercises. Please prepare to engage with a relaxed and steady pace .
  • Please fill in Pre-Course Survey, please fill in what growth or insights you hope to gain through participating in this course. This will help the facilitators better understand your current state.

  1. Learning Space and Materials Preparation:
  • At your computer workstation, ensure you have ample space  (approximately  the size of a yoga mat), allowing you to stand up and move freely.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease. 
  • Have a blank sheet of paper and crayons, or any other drawing tools you enjoy using .

※These simple yet essential preparations are the starting point for your encounter with yourself, and an important part of this course.

  • Those interested in body awareness and self-exploration: participants who are willing illing to start from embodied experiences to deepen their inner connection.
  • Learners who tend to get stuck in their logical minds and find it difficult to access and engage with their emotions.

【Speaker Bio】

Jian Yanzhen

I am a licensed counseling psychologist in Taiwan who continually explores within myself,  and integrates mind-body dialogue as a way to heal and accompany myself.

Before becoming a psychologist, I spent many years in theater performance. That was a profound journey of body-based dialogue, in which creative physical training and expressive practice  opened doors and windows into my  inner world. During those years, various body training that explored different flows, tensions, and textures  became secret pathways to meet and converse with different aspects of myself.

Later, encountering  the Satir Model—, with its focus on mind-body integration, and training in dance movement therapy, marked a major turning point.  These frameworks  allowed me to weave together my prior embodied experiences in the arts with the practices of accompaniment and awareness from my psychological training, gradually forming a mind-body path of practice. This path has also been deeply supported my own trauma healing process. 

This course is an invitation born from that journey—an invitation for you to come closer to yourself, explore with curiosity, rediscover the parts of you that have yet to be spoken, and slowly embark on your own path of self-exploration and growth.
