李崇建老師與鄭州貝斯特教育機構創辦人李蔚起的對談
在這場深度對談中，薩提爾推手李崇建老師邀請貝斯特教育機構創辦人李蔚起校長，娓娓道來她從生命經驗中萌生辦學理想的歷程。
兩人將深入探討如何將薩提爾的對話精神與正念教育落實在師生與家庭中，並探討在時代快速變遷，網路流行、AI盛行，帶來新的教養與教育挑戰，該如何調整教育觀念與實踐方式。

【對談者簡介一】
李崇建
香港自然學校、馬來西亞德信學校、馬來西亞小樹成長園教育顧問，以及馬來西亞薩提爾全人發展協會顧問、台灣學思達教育基金會董事及美國舞象基金會長期合作講師。
東海大學中文系畢業。曾做過泥水匠、搬運工人、酒店服務生，考了5次大學才好不容易考上東海大學中文系，十歲母親離開家庭，在原生家庭傷痕累累長大，家庭的破碎刻畫著他的童年，形成老師獨特的經驗與人格，二十年薩提爾家族治療學派的學習，及與上萬個學生、家長、個人的對談經驗，讓崇建老師成為華人世界最傳奇的薩提爾冰山對話的推手，他在華人世界協助許多深陷相處窒礙的家庭一步一步走出難關，影響這些家庭和解改變，個人成長，夫妻關係和諧。
【對談者簡介二】
李蔚起
貝斯特教育董事長李蔚起女士最常說的一句話「做教育不是做生意，是個良心活。」。從斯坦福博士到一位母親的堅定信念，她用超過二十年的時間，踏踏實實在教育路上耕耘，只為讓孩子們有機會成為最好的自己。
曾經，女兒的國際學校經歷讓她親眼看見語言隔閡對孩子造成的傷害，也種下了她創辦一所真正為中國孩子量身打造、具備國際視野學校的種子。2000年，在河南教育主管部門邀請下，她毅然放棄在上海的規劃，把辦學夢落地於鄭州，即便當時民辦教育風評不佳、招生艱難。
2001年，「貝斯特教育」正式創立，從最初的一所學校，發展為擁有幼兒園、小學、中學與美語機構共十餘所校區的K12教育體系。她堅信教育不是一場分數競賽，而是一場對孩子未來的深耕。許多曾經「不被看好」的學生，後來考入哈佛、哥倫比亞等名校，仍保有熱愛學習、服務社會的初心，這些故事，是她最深的感動與回報。
為了讓孩子真正學會「如何學習」，2018年，李蔚起女士引入「學思達」教學，讓學生學會主動提問、思辨、合作與表達，帶走這份可以受益終身的自學力。她更大方開放學思達課堂，將教材與教學經驗分享給更多學校與老師。
在教學之外，李蔚起同樣重視公益與社會責任。從援建希望小學、扶助聾啞與弱勢孩童，到推動兒童閱讀、普及校車安全，她以實際行動回應教育者的良知。
「中国教育以人为本，国际教育以世界公民为先，如何在两者之间找到平衡和异曲同工之处，是国际教育从业者的考验。」李蔚起以一位母親的心、一位教育者的眼，持續在民辦教育的土壤中，灌溉著一代又一代孩子的夢想。

Lee Chung-Chiene
Lee Chung-Chiene serves as an educational consultant for Hong Kong Nature School, Malaysia Dexin School, Malaysia Little Tree Learning Garden, as well as an advisor for the Satir Whole Person Development Association of Malaysia and a board member of the Sharestart Educational Foundation of Taiwan. He is also a long-term collaborative instructor with the Dancing with the Elephant Foundation of the U.S..
Graduated from the Department of Chinese Literature, Tunghai University in Taiwan, he once worked as a plasterer, a laborer, and a hotel waiter. It took him five college entrance examinations before he was finally admitted to the Department of Chinese Literature of Tunghai University. His mother left the family when he was ten years old, and he grew up amidst the scars of his broken family, shaping his unique experiences and personality.
With twenty years of study in the Satir family therapy and experiences gained from dialogs with tens of thousands of students, parents, and individuals, Teacher Lee Chung-Chiene has become a legendary figure in the Chinese-speaking world for his role in promoting Satir Iceberg Dialogues. He has helped many families who are deeply troubled in getting along to get out of the difficulties step by step, influencing the reconciliation and change of these families, personal growth, and harmonious marital relationship.

Lee Wei-Chi
Chairwoman of Best Education, Ms. Wei-Chi Lee is best known for saying,
“Education is not a business — it is a matter of conscience.”
From a Stanford Ph.D. to a devoted mother with an unshakable belief, she has spent over 20 years diligently cultivating the field of education, driven by a single purpose: to give every child the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
Her daughter’s difficult experience at an international school—where language barriers caused real emotional harm—planted the seed to build a school tailored for Chinese children, with a global outlook. In 2000, at the invitation of the Henan education authorities, she gave up her original plans in Shanghai and moved her dream to Zhengzhou, despite the poor reputation and uphill challenges of private education at the time.
In 2001, Best Education was officially founded. What began as a single school has grown into a full K–12 system with over a dozen campuses, including kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and English language programs. Ms. Lee firmly believes that education is not a race for grades, but a long-term investment in a child’s future. Many students once considered “unlikely to succeed” were later admitted to top universities such as Harvard and Columbia, all while maintaining a love of learning and a desire to serve society. These are the stories that move her most deeply.
To help children truly learn how to learn, in 2018, Ms. Wei-Chi Lee introduced the “XueSiDa” (Learning, Thinking, and Presenting) teaching approach, enabling students to develop the ability to ask questions proactively, think critically, collaborate, and express themselves—equipping them with self-directed learning skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.
Outside of the classroom, Wei-Chi Lee places equal importance on public welfare and social responsibility. From helping build Project Hope Schools and supporting hearing-impaired and underprivileged children, to promoting children’s reading and improving school bus safety, she consistently turns her conscience as an educator into concrete action.
“Chinese education is centered on the individual; international education emphasizes global citizenship. Finding the balance and shared values between the two is the true challenge for practitioners in international education.” With the heart of a mother and the vision of an educator, Wei-Chi Lee continues to nurture generation after generation of children, cultivating their dreams in the rich soil of private education.
