【重返華人神話】探尋個人心靈的原鄉(單堂)

相信你一定聽過很多神話故事，不論是希臘神話或是聖經創世紀裡的神話，一定都聽過。

而我們華人世界的神話呢？

相信你也是如數家珍般，能說出許多耳熟能詳的故事，如盤古開天、共工撞倒不周山、或是女媧補天等等。

只是，神話故事不只是故事，它其實還承載著不同文化族群的集體無意識。你不知道那是什麼，但是你正深深受之影響。

邵湘雅老師，將以榮格分析心理學的心靈地圖工具，解析華人神話故事，帶著我們以各種符號與意象來探索內在的自我，藉由神話來連結自我的生命經驗，回到我們心靈的故鄉。

邵湘雅老師是執業諮商心理師，心理實務工作與督導皆以深度心理分析、夢境解析與潛意識探索、表達性藝術治療為主軸，擅長運用芳療、圖像和身體感官探索無意識，目前還在臺灣大學戲劇所博士班進修。

在這時歲將轉的歲末時分，讓我們帶著好奇與開放的態度，以新角度重聽一次神話，再透過故事彩繪，一同在線上追尋我們初始的原鄉。

【課程簡介】

神話是人類集體無意識的寶藏，故事中的象徵意涵和原型意象呈現了一個

民族的深層心理和文化的樣貌，神話的原型亦象徵傳統文化的集體心靈現象。

在課程裡，我將說明榮格分析心理學的心靈地圖，並且帶入一個耳熟能詳、

遍佈世界的神話故事。藉由神話故事，連結個人生命經驗，探索個人的內在心

靈。進一步覺知，即使旅居世界各地，自我的發展如何受到源遠流傳的華人文

化所影響。

我們將以神話故事解析為主軸，圖像創作與心靈書寫為輔助，讓華人神話

為我們引路，帶我們探尋那豐厚的集體無意識，引領我們回到心靈的原鄉。

【講師簡介】

邵湘雅 Hsiang Ya Shao

國際榮格分析心理學會（IAAP，International Association for Analytical Psychology）Router，鍾愛榮格心理學，正往成為分析師的道路上前進著……。

心理實務工作與督導皆以深度心理分析、夢境解析與潛意識探索、表達性藝術治療為主軸，擅長運用芳療、圖像和身體感官探索無意識。

十多年來於醫療機構、社福機構、大專院校、企業組織受邀帶領芳療情緒和表達性藝術工作坊。

目前於臺灣大學戲劇所博士班進修中，主要研究為華人深度心理與傳統戲曲。

現為台北市向陽身心診所執業諮商心理師，故宮博物院、陽光基金會員工心理諮詢特約心理師，從事心理工作超過15年，曾任家庭暴力及性侵害防治中心、家扶基金會兼任心理師，關注心靈發展困境，處理議題多為原生家庭創傷，情感失落與悲傷，焦慮和憂鬱情緒，中年轉化與個體化發展。

【Revisiting Chinese Mythology】Searching the Homeland of the Personal Soul (Single Session)

【Course Introduction】

Mythology is a treasure of collective unconsciousness for humanity. The symbolic meanings and archetypal images in the stories reveal the deep psychology and cultural aspects of a nation. The archetype of mythology also symbolizes the collective spiritual phenomenon of traditional culture. In this course, I will explain the psychological map of Jungian analysis and introduce a familiar and widespread mythological story in the world. Through a mythological story, we will connect personal life experiences, explore the inner spirit, and gain awareness of how personal development is influenced by the far-reaching Chinese culture, even when living around the world.

Our main focus will be on analyzing the mythological story, supplemented by image creation and soulful writing, in order to let Chinese mythology guide us the way, to help us explore the rich collective unconsciousness and to lead us back to the homeland of the soul.

【Course Outline】

1. To discover oneself in the story through Chinese mythology, and to employ imagery and metaphor to understand the inner self.
2. To apply Jungian analytical psychology to interpret mythology.
3. To investigate the cultural significance presented through symbols in mythology to explore the profound soul of the Chinese.

Inviting you to come with curiosity about yourself and the unconsciousness, no need for any drawing or writing skills, we’ll meet online.

1. Soft pastels set.
2. Drawing paper (Aˋ size).

【Speaker Introduction】

Hsiang Ya Shao

The International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP) Router, is passionate about Jungian psychology, is progressing towards becoming an analyst. The focus of psychological practice and supervision includes depth psychological analysis, dream interpretation, subconscious exploration, and expressive arts therapy. Proficient in the use of aromatherapy, imagery, and sensory exploration to explore the unconsciousness.

For over a decade, she was invited to lead aromatherapy, emotional, and expressive arts workshops in medical institutions, social welfare organizations, universities, and corporate settings. Currently she is pursuing a Ph.D. in the Drama Department at National Taiwan University, with a primary focus on Chinese depth psychology and traditional opera.

Currently she is practicing as a counseling psychologist at Taipei City Xiangyang Mind-Body Clinic, serving as a contracted psychologist for counseling at the National Palace Museum and the Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation. With over 15 years of experience in psychological work, previously worked as a psychologist for the Center for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention, and also worked with the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. Focus areas include addressing developmental challenges in the mind, often dealing with issues related to trauma from the family of origin, emotional loss and grief, anxiety and depressive emotions, midlife transformation, and individualized development.
