【課程說明】

每個人都是家族故事的延續者與創造者，承載著來自世世代代的信念、情感模式與未解的創傷，這些會在無形中影響我們的選擇與生命樣貌。

與家族歷史失去連結，就像斷了根的樹，即使努力生活，也難以真正感受到穩定與滋養，甚至會常覺得迷惘、空虛，有一種說不清的「不完整」感。唯有開始覺察這份傳承，才可能真正走向整合與自由。

這門課將帶領你回顧家族歷史、傾聽內在聲音，透過自由書寫、清單等工具，逐步寫下你與家族之間的記憶與連結。無論你對你的家族熟悉或陌生，這都是一次重新靠近、理解與轉化的歷程。你會更清楚自己的個性、情緒、侷限是怎麼來的，也會找到重新選擇、開創未來的力量。

羅志仲

清華大學中文博士。

教育工作者，經常應邀至海內外演講、帶領工作坊、讀書會，累計逾千場。

研讀艾克哈特‧托勒書籍許久，將托勒書中概念運用在日常生活中，人生從此翻轉改變受益頗大，故開始演講分享托勒的理念。

[Course Description]
Each of us is both a continuer and a creator of our family story, carrying beliefs, emotional patterns, and unresolved traumas passed down through generations. These often invisibly shape our choices and the way our lives unfold.
Losing connection with our family history is like a tree without roots — no matter how hard we try to live well, it’s difficult to feel truly grounded or nourished. We may often feel lost, empty, or carry a vague sense of “incompleteness.” Only by beginning to become aware of this inheritance can we move toward integration and true freedom.
This course will guide you through a journey of revisiting your family history and listening to your inner voice. Through tools like free writing and list-making, you’ll gradually write down your memories and connections with your family. Whether you feel close to or distant from your family, this is an opportunity to reconnect, understand, and transform. You’ll gain deeper clarity about your personality, emotions, and limitations — and discover the power to make new choices and to create your own future.

【Instructor’s Profile】
Luo Zhizhong
Luo Zhizhong holds a Ph.D. in Chinese Literature from Tsinghua University. He is a lecturer in interpersonal communication, a mind and body practitioner, and a writer. He is frequently invited to give lectures and lead workshops both domestically and internationally, with over a thousand sessions accumulated. He is the author of “17 Practices for Restarting Life.” Since 2013, he has been immersed in the works of Tolle, having read each book over a hundred times, and has consistently applied the teachings from these books into his life.
