【課程說明】

這是一段溫柔的旅程，為初次接觸薩提爾對話方式的你而設計。本課程為三堂免費基礎體驗班，邀請你一同走進薩提爾對話方式的世界，學習如何在互動中更真誠地表達、傾聽與理解。課程以短講、討論、靜心練習與小組實作方式進行，協助你從理論認識到實際應用，開啟與他人建立深度連結的可能。

【Course Description】

This is a gentle journey designed for those new to the Satir communication approach. This three-session free introductory course invites you to step into the world of Satir dialogue and learn how to express, listen, and understand more authentically in your interactions. Through short lectures, discussions, mindfulness meditations, and group practices, the course guides you from theoretical understanding to practical application—opening the door to building deeper connections with others.

【Course Objectives】

1. Understand the nature and purpose of dialogue

3. Practice listening and expression skills to strengthen authentic interaction
4. Develop emotional awareness and self-care
