球員經由教練引導,發現自己的盲點,突破瓶頸發揮潛力。那麼人生的教練呢?在人生路上經由教練引導,讓我們更能發揮自己的潛力。陳茂雄老師正是「教練」:透過對話幫助伙伴發現生活困境中盲點,一同探索調整的方向。
茂雄老師曾為企業總經理,但在生命道路上發現自己在諮商輔導領域更有熱情,所以在步入中年後,毅然決然再次回到學校學習心理諮商,並成為心理諮商師。在學習過程中接觸到ICF教練,發現「教練」非常符合自己的經驗和熱情:結合自己的業界經驗,並且可以輔導人。茂雄老師因此發展出「薩提爾取向」的教練引導,並且是培訓教練的講師。
崇建老師將薩提爾對話應用在學生教育上,不論是體制外的全人中學,抑或是在寫作班裡引導學生不怕寫作,在實戰中演練精進,持續在各式場合中練習薩提爾,與人對話、與自己對話,並將過程和心得記錄出書分享。
各流派的輔導理論方法有很多相通的地方,但也些不同之處。兩位薩提爾學習者,後續在不同領域擷取養分,融入自己的輔導方法中。這次兩位老師的對談激盪出的火花,將幫助大家打好人生這場球賽有所啟發!
【講師簡介】
李崇建
香港自然學校、馬來西亞德信學校、馬來西亞小樹成長園教育顧問,以及馬來西亞薩提爾全人發展協會顧問、台灣學思達教育基金會董事及美國舞象基金會長期合作講師。
東海大學中文系畢業。曾做過泥水匠、搬運工人、酒店服務生,考了5次大學才好不容易考上東海大學中文系,十歲母親離開家庭,在原生家庭傷痕累累長大,家庭的破碎刻畫著他的童年,形成老師獨特的經驗與人格,二十年薩提爾家族治療學派的學習,及與上萬個學生、家長、個人的對談經驗,讓崇建老師成為華人世界最傳奇的薩提爾冰山對話的推手,他在華人世界協助許多深陷相處窒礙的家庭一步一步走出難關,影響這些家庭和解改變,個人成長,夫妻關係和諧。
【Instructor Bio】
Li Chong Jian
Li Chongjian serves as an educational consultant for Hong Kong Nature School, Malaysia Dexin School, Malaysia Little Tree Learning Garden, as well as an advisor for the Satir Whole Person Development Association of Malaysia and a board member of the Sharestart Educational Foundation of Taiwan. He is also a long-term collaborative instructor with the Dancing with the Elephant Foundation of U.S..
Graduated from the Department of Chinese Literature, Tunghai University in Taiwan, he once worked as a plasterer, a laborer, and a hotel waiter. It took him five college entrance examinations before he was finally admitted to the Department of Chinese Literature of Tunghai University. His mother left the family when he was ten years old, and he grew up amidst the scars of his broken family, shaping his unique experiences and personality.
With twenty years of study in the Satir family therapy and experiences gained from dialogs with tens of thousands of students, parents, and individuals, Teacher Li Chong Jian has become a legendary figure in the Chinese-speaking world for his role in promoting Satir Iceberg Dialogues. He has helped many families who are deeply troubled in getting along to get out of the difficulties step by step, influencing the reconciliation and change of these families, personal growth, and harmonious marital relationships.

陳茂雄Kent Chen
陳茂雄先生是少數由企業高階主管轉任為「領導人教練」的國內先驅之一,他多年來致力於協助國內外企業之領導人發揮其最佳潛能,並持續於需要其專長之國內公益團體擔任志工。他曾擔任國際教練聯盟(International Coaching Federation)台灣總會之理事長(2010-2011年),目前是美國管理協會(AMA)的領導人教練與資深顧問。
在成為領導人教練之前,陳茂雄具有20多年高階領導人的管理經驗,他曾是IBM大中華區電信媒體事業群的總經理。基於對「人」的興趣,他又接受了正式的心理諮商專業訓練。由於對領導人所面臨的情境以及人類心理運作的瞭解與洞悉,陳茂雄的教練輔導往往導致領導人產生由內而外、持續有效的深刻改變。多數接受過陳茂雄輔導之領導人不止學習到如何改變外在「行為」,更學習到如何經由內在心理的「信念」與「情緒」之改變以達成其工作及生活上的目標。許多領導人進一步體驗到他們在視野、價值觀、及人生意義上的轉化,因而能夠更熱誠的投入工作與生活當中。

【Instructor Introduction】
Kent Chen
Mr. Kent Chen is one of the few pioneers in Taiwan who transitioned from a senior executive in the corporate world to becoming an executive coach. Over the years, he has been dedicated to assisting leaders in domestic and international corporations to unleash their full potential. He also continues to volunteer his expertise for domestic nonprofit organizations in need. He served as the President of the Taiwan Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) from 2010 to 2011 and currently holds positions as a leadership coach and senior consultant with the American Management Association (AMA).
Before becoming an executive coach, Kent Chen had over 20 years of executive leadership experience. He previously served as the General Manager of the Telecommunications and Media Business Group for IBM Greater China. Driven by his interest in people, he pursued formal training in psychological counseling. With his understanding of the situations faced by leaders and human psychological mechanisms, Mr. Chen’s coaching often leads to profound and sustainable changes from within for leaders. Many leaders who have undergone coaching with Kent Chen have not only learned how to change their external behaviors but also learned how to achieve their goals in work and life by changing their internal beliefs and emotions. Many leaders further experience transformations in their perspectives, mindset, and values, enabling them to engage more passionately in their work and life.
