花開花落，當花瓣落下時，會有一絲感傷嗎？

「花開」和「花落」，都是自然景物的變化，但是為什麼特別在花謝時，我們出現感傷呢？這時我們內在發生了什麼？

你的生命中也有過失落的經驗嗎？是如何面對走過的？

跟這個世界相處這麼久，當死亡來臨時，就是告別的時刻了，這時候我們放不下的是什麼呢？我們緊抓的是什麼？生時未曾帶什麼來，死時我們放不下的是什麼呢？

這次「生死療癒與臨終關懷」課程，邀請您一起了解「生命」以及在生命盡頭，我們可以如何面對。

陳大正老師，於南華大學生死研究所畢業，也是美國NGH催眠治療師協會合格催眠治療師，和大腦神經語言NLP研究講師。

課程中老師將會帶我們了解人們對死亡的恐懼，及面對死亡的歷程，以及面對死亡我們可以做什麼準備。

在課程中透過實作體驗死亡，經由體驗，幫助我們探索死亡的意義。

離別不難，難的是如何好好說再見，帶著對死亡的理解，讓我們一起學習在靈性上超越生死。

【課程簡介】
生死大事一直是很多人害怕面對卻又畢竟來臨的人生困境。當自己或重要他人死亡臨近時，如何與人生受限處境的議題－死亡共處，學習在面對終極議題時的情緒與失落，進而找到應對之道及做好準備，是每一個人都要學習的功課。
本次的課程，講師將以有系統的方式帶領學員了解面對死亡的歷程，體會臨終病人的失落和身心靈的需求。並在實作中體驗死亡和學習如何在受苦中找到意義感。最後以靈性的角度來探討超克生死的方法。

【Course Introduction】
The matter of life and death has always been a daunting yet inevitable existential challenge for many people. When one’s own death or the death of a loved one draws near, how to deal with the issue of coexisting with the limitations of life, learning to confront emotions and loss when facing the ultimate issue of death, and subsequently finding ways to cope and prepare, are lessons that everyone must learn.
In this course, the instructor will systematically guide participants to understand the process of facing death, to empathize with the loss experienced by terminally ill patients, and to recognize their physical, mental, and spiritual needs. Through practical exercises, participants will experience death and learn how to find meaning amidst suffering. Finally, the course will explore methods of transcending life and death from a spiritual perspective.
