【課程大綱】
第一堂課:明眸初啟 – 舒緩眼壓
高眼壓可能導致眼睛不適、頭痛、暈眩,甚至影響大腦。
足太陽膀胱經能調節泌尿系統、疏通氣血、強化腎功能、調節自律神經系統和增強免疫力。同時,按摩膀胱經特定穴位,可以改善視力、緩解眼部疲勞、促進眼部血液循環,幫助緩解眼壓問題。

第二堂課:瞳神聚焦 – 延緩老化
老花眼已不再是年長者的專利,年輕人也開始出現初期老花症狀。
足厥陰肝經在調節肝臟功能、疏通氣血、調節情緒、促進消化、調節月經和強化筋骨方面具有重要作用。肝經穴位的按摩能疏肝理氣、清肝瀉火,有效改善視力、緩解眼部乾澀、預防眼部疾病和延緩眼睛老化。提升整體健康水平,讓你擁有年輕健康的視力。

第三堂課:睛采水潤 – 改善乾澀
現代人常見的眼睛問題是乾癢酸澀,這是身體發出的警訊。
足少陰腎經在調節腎功能、內分泌系統、生殖健康、骨骼強化和水液代謝方面具有重要作用。腎經穴位的按摩能補腎明目、滋陰潤目,有效改善視力、緩解眼部乾澀、預防眼部老化和減少眼部疾病,讓你的眼睛保持水潤清亮。

第四堂課:靈動睛活 – 炎症調理
長期過度用眼和長時間配戴隱形眼鏡,容易導致眼睛腫脹、發炎。
手陽明大腸經在調理腸胃功能、疏通氣血、增強免疫力和清熱解毒方面具有重要作用。按摩大腸經的穴位,能有效緩解眼部炎症、改善視力、舒緩眼部壓力,讓你的眼睛恢復健康靈動。

Session 1: Awakening Bright Vision – Relieving Eye Pressure
Elevated eye pressure may lead to eye discomfort, headaches, dizziness, and even affect mental clarity.
The Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian is highly effective in regulating the urinary system, promoting the flow of qi and blood, supporting kidney function, balancing the autonomic nervous system, and helping support immune function. Stimulation of specific acupoints along the Bladder Meridian helps improve visual comfort, relieve eye fatigue, promote blood circulation around the eyes, and ease issues related to eye pressure.
Session 2: Focused Vision – Slowing the Aging Process
Presbyopia is no longer limited to older adults; younger individuals are also beginning to experience early symptoms.
The Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian is highly effective in regulating liver function, facilitating the flow of qi and blood, balancing emotions, supporting digestion, regulating menstruation, and strengthening tendons and bones. Stimulation of Liver Meridian acupoints helps soothe liver qi and clear excess heat, effectively improving visual comfort, relieving eye dryness, helping prevent eye-related issues, and slowing the aging of the eyes—supporting overall vitality and youthful, healthy vision.
Session 3: Hydrated, Radiant Eyes – Relieving Dryness
Dryness, itchiness, and soreness are common eye issues in modern life and serve as warning signals from the body.
The Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian is highly effective in regulating kidney function, the endocrine system, reproductive health, bone strength, and fluid metabolism. Stimulation of Kidney Meridian acupoints helps nourish the kidneys and brighten the eyes, enrich yin and moisten the eyes, effectively improving visual comfort, relieving dryness, helping prevent eye aging, and reducing eye-related issues—allowing your eyes to remain hydrated, clear, and radiant.
Session 4: Lively, Clear Vision – Inflammation Regulation
Prolonged eye strain and extended use of contact lenses can easily lead to eye swelling and inflammation.
The Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian is highly effective in regulating digestive function, promoting the flow of qi and blood, helping support immune function, and clearing internal heat and toxins. Stimulation of Large Intestine Meridian acupoints helps relieve eye inflammation, improve visual comfort, and ease eye pressure, restoring your eyes to health and vitality.

Since then, I have fallen in love with natural vision therapy , and work with Mr. Marx to develop and design more related courses and videos, hoping that more people will benefit from the hard-won eye yoga.
