【課程簡介 】
現代生活的節奏如此緊湊,我們時常感到忙碌得無法喘息,內心也跟著加速失衡,因此與自己內心連結,獲得寧靜的力量,是面對生活最好的準備,也是給自己最好的2024的新年禮物!
在2023年底之際,2004 年初,讓我們給自己的心靈來一場大掃除,藉由兩個階段的十堂靜心課,我們將會在每週循序探索一個內在的靜心本質,有系統的擺脫過去一個個對號入座的慣性思考包袱,並讓身心浸潤新鮮的靜心本與和自己連結的溫暖經驗。
在課堂裡,您將和自己的心靜靜的待在一起,藉由主題的分享與討論,還有充滿遊戲心的靜心練習裡,認識更深層的自己,這是重新啟動內心源源不絕的愛與智慧力量的開始。

第六週:感恩心
感恩身邊的一切,每一個人、每一件事,都是生命的禮物。
第七週:善良心
用善意對待自己和他人,善良是心靈的溫暖之光。
第八週:希望心
抱有希望,即使在困難中,也相信明天會更好。
第九週:寬容心
寬容是智慧的表現,學會包容不同,釋放心中的紐結。
第十週:感知心
用心感知身邊的美好,用心體驗生命的每一個瞬間。

【Course Introduction】
Gradually explore the true meaning of meditation, regain your self strength, and advance steadily towards 2024.
The pace of modern life is so hectic that we often feel too busy to breath and our hearts accelerate to follow along and lose our balance. Therefore, connecting with our inner self and gaining the power of tranquility is the best way to prepare us for life. It is also the best New Year’s gift for yourself in 2024! As we approach the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, let us give our souls a deep cleanse. Through a series of ten sessions in two phases, we will explore the inner essence of meditation each week and systematically get rid of the emotional baggage of past habitual thinking. We will immerse our body and mind in fresh meditation, a warm and nurturing experience connecting with oneself. In this class, you will rest with your own heart in peace. Through the sharing and discussion of weekly topics, as well as the playful meditation exercises, you will get to know yourself on a deeper level. This will be the beginning of rebooting the endless love and wisdom in your heart.
Explore in depth, following with one heart week by week
We sincerely invite you to participate in our “Ten Weeks of Meditation” course. In this course, we will take a deep dive to explore the core concepts of mindfulness/meditation week by week. Each week, we will focus on one mindset topic to help you gain a deeper understanding of your relationship with the world. The content of this course is rich and diverse, including a variety of different mindsets such as perception, courage, letting go, and gratitude etc. Through these weekly discussion topics, you will learn how to incorporate meditation into your daily life.
Learn easily, explore through games, live in the moment
Our course is not just lectures about theories, but a learning experience that is both relaxing and interesting. It will allow you to learn through games, integrate the experience in your daily life and live in the present moment. This relaxed interactive method not only allows you to have a deeper understanding of your inner world, but it is also suitable for practicing with family, friends and children after class.

【Course Outline】
A theme per week to cultivate ten mindsets:
Return to and remember your original intention; reclaim the innocence of your heart.
Week 6: Gratitude Heart
Be grateful for everything around you — every person, every thing; they are all gifts of life.
Week 7: Kindness Heart
Treat yourself and others with kindness; kindness is the warm light of the soul.
Week 8: Hopeful Heart
Hold on with hope, even in difficulties; believe that tomorrow will be better.
Week 9: Tolerant Heart
Tolerance is an expression of wisdom; learn to embrace differences and release the knots in your heart.
Week 10: Perceptive Heart
Perceive the beauty around you with heart; experience every moment of life with mindfulness.
