舞象對話志工升級囉,對話志工儲備培訓課來了!
舞象對話志工已經服務多年,自2021開始推出對話陪伴服務至今,四個年頭中,除了陪伴廣大群體度過情緒困難的時光,也培育出一群富有薩提爾對話陪伴經驗的義工。今年,舞象的對話義工服務將再更升級,為有意成為對話義工的夥伴們,提供為期九個月的儲備培訓課!
對話志工的儲備培訓課,師資可是大有來頭,如李崇建、張天安、李正源、陳茂雄、馬大元、李家雯、謝欣惠、簡玉坤、陳群玉、楊志賢、蘇國瑛老師……等,師資皆是在這個領域中的佼佼者。
課程內容涵蓋的範圍也相當完善,包含義工倫理、冰山對話技巧、生活層面的實際運用、陪伴對話的策略擬定、到對話的界線設定、及認識精神疾病及創傷應對。課程內容由淺入深,完整又實用,協助有意在生活層面陪伴他人的義工,得到最實用的工具包,能夠實際應用在每一次的對話陪伴上。

3. 付款方式:
全額付款:各階段須一次付清
4. 線上上課方式
Zoom會議室:請使用電腦(筆記本或桌上型電腦)操作Zoom會議室,需要配備攝像頭、麥克風、揚聲器(耳機)。非必要情況下,請勿使用手機、平板操作。
5. 課程內容回顧:
第一階段(課程26小時+團體24小時)
- 認識基金會及志工角色
- 薩提爾冰山理論、情緒管理、原生家庭探索等
第二階段(課程33小時+團體33小時)
- 實用對話技巧及問題應對方法,如親子、婚姻、人際問題等
第三階段(課程24小時+團體27小時)
6. 退費機制
- 報名後,如參加者因個人原因需要取消課程,必須以Email書面方式通知主辦單位進行「取消報名」申請作業,不接受他人代理轉述或語音申請。書面內容須包含:姓名、會員帳號或會員號碼、連絡方式、退課原因;mail發出日期為取消申請日,取消課程一律扣除行政手續費,標準如下:

- 距開課日30天(含)前申請者,可退費90%
- 距開課日29天(含)到開課日前8天申請者,可退費85%
- 距開課日前7天內不予退費。
- 距開課日前7天內,若因不可抗力因素無法參加課程,請提供相關證明, 可退費90%
- 大陸學員若在本網站完成付費報名後,欲改為使用人民幣付款,則須申請退費,退費時將扣除課程學費的10%作為手續費。
- 為維護已登記候補學員的權益,我們不接受正式錄取學員自行候補或轉讓上課名額的行為。所有候補名額將嚴格按照報名先後順序進行通知。若您因故無法上課,請按照上述規定辦理相關退費手續。
- 舞象保留取消或變更開班時間的權利。若課程因故取消,舞象將全額退還已繳納的學費。請在繳費前仔細閱讀並理解上述條款,繳費行為即表示您已閱讀並充分接受上述條款。最終解釋權歸舞象基金會「Dancing with the Elephant」所有。

7. 出勤管理
出勤要求:
- 若因不可抗力因素無法參加課程,請提供相關證明,課程可請假2次,團體可請假1次。
- 若未達出勤要求,則無法取得課程結業證書,不予退費。
8. 儲訓課程銜接規定
- 完成前一階段課程並通過考核者,方可進入下一階段課程。
- 第一階段通過,但沒有繼續上第二階段,須在下一期開課回來參加第二階段;若下一期開課未回來上課, 則需從第一階段開始上課。
- 第二階段未通過者或已通過者,若無法立即參與第三階段,須在兩年內從第二階段開始參與;若超過時間則需從第一階段開始上課。
- 第三階段未通過者,需於隔年從第二階段期末面談開始參與。
9. 上課規定(包含線上課程與團體課程)
所有課程皆為線上課程
- 一旦錯過課程,須觀看錄影回放補課 ,並在下次上課前繳交600字以上心得報告。
- 團體討論不提供錄影,故無法補課。
- 若因缺課導致不符合結業標準,將不予退費。
上課時須知
- 在課程進行過程中,需要全程開啟攝像頭,並露出自己的整個臉部。
- 遲到超過30分鐘,則視為缺席
- 若因不可抗力因素無法參加課程,請提供相關證明,學員可請假兩次。團體討論僅能請假一次。
課程報名與使用權
- 本課程採用個人實名制報名繳費。
- 所有課程及其衍伸服務,僅限購買課程的本人使用,嚴禁轉讓給他人。

11. 課程群組規範
群組功能與發言
- 課程群組旨在協助大課程及小團體的順利進行。
- 請勿在群組中發佈與課程無關的資訊,並儘量避免在非團體活動和課程期間在群組中發言。
- 若有緊急情況或特殊需求,請主動聯繫群組管理員,以便得到及時協助。
- 請假及作業提交需遵循課程報名時的相關規定。
- 對於大課程或小團體的行政規定有任何疑問,請直接通過Email聯繫舞象客服。
- 請勿在群組中詢問行政規定相關問題,以保持群組資訊的專注性和有效性。
隱私保護
- 為維護所有參與者的隱私權益,課程群組內的資料和資訊未經相關人員同意,不得擅自外傳。
社群解散與退出
- 小團體或大課程結束後,代表此社群的功能已失效,群組管理員將通知解散社群,屆時請學員主動退出社群,以釋放資源和保持個人資訊安全。

12. 課程團體守則
- 本人只能對外分享參與本課程的心得。 老師的上課內容以及其他參與者之發言,都必須給予尊重、保護隱私、恪守保密原則、不得私自錄音及錄影,以及對外作出文字上或任何形式之分享。
- 我願意以接納,不批判、不比較的態度和團體成員互動。
- 我會準時出席,不遲到早退,以促進課程進行。
- 每個成員的參與和團體成效密切相關,我會盡力全程參與。

2025 Dialogue Support Volunteer Reserve Program Recruitment Brochure
1. Enrollment Criteria and Requirements:
1.1 Age Requirement:
- Must be at least 25 years old.
1.2 Educational Requirement:
- With a diploma from a regular or a vocational High school or higher.
1.3 Other Requirements:
- Strong interest in personal and spiritual growth.
- Willingness to commit to long-term training and actively participate in online courses.
- Basic computer operation skills and internet usage proficiency.
- Passion for engaging in work that helps others or willingness to become a dialogue support volunteer for the foundation.
2. Course Structure and Fees:
This program consists of three phases. Below are the details regarding fees, content summary, and class schedule:
Phase 1 (26 hours of coursework + 24 hours of group sessions)
- Enrollment quota: 48 people
- Fee: USD $350 (including course materials, online learning platform access, and expert instructor fees)
- Instructors: Hsin-Hui Hsieh, Tian-An Chang, Chün-Yü Chén, Cheng-Yuan Lee
- Course Highlights: A systematic approach to learning the Satir Model.
- Course Objectives:
- Foundational knowledge for participants.
- Basic course learning.
- Self-exploration and awareness.
- Group Objectives: Practice self-exploration and awareness.

Attendance Policy: For this phase a maximum of 2 absences is allowed for courses; a maximum of 1 absence is allowed for group sessions.
Course Recording Playback will be available for one week.
Assessment: Course participation, assignment submissions or reflection reports
Phase 2 (33 hours of coursework + 33 hours of group sessions) (Not yet open for registration)
- Fee: USD$450
- Instructors: Mao-Hsiung Chen, Chong-Chien Li, Da-Yuan Ma, Chia-Wen Li, …etc.
- Course Highlights: Covers more in-depth specialized topics and hands-on practice sessions.
- Course Objectives: Learn how to express and communicate congruently in different family and life situations.
- Group Objectives: Practice dialogue support techniques.


Attendance Policy: For this phase a maximum of 2 absences is allowed for courses; a maximum of 1 absence is allowed for group sessions.
Course Recording Playback will be available for one week.
Assessment 1: Course participation, assignment submissions or reflection reports.
Assessment 2: Group Interviews in pairs from 9/1 to 9/30.
Phase 3 (24 hours of coursework + 27 hours of group sessions) (not yet open for registration.)
- Fee: USD$550
- Instructors: Chong-Jian Li, Yu-Kun Jian, Zhi-Xian Yang, Xin-Hui Xie
- Course Highlights: A comprehensive program covering ethics, strategies, and practical applications.
- Course Objectives:
- Establishing competencies in dialogue and companionship.
- Developing helping skills and strategies.
- Group Objectives: Building strategies for dialogue and companionship; Practical training in real-life applications.


Attendance Policy: For this phase a maximum of 2 absences is allowed for courses; a maximum of 1 absence is allowed for group sessions.
Course Recording Playback will be available for one week.
Assessment 1: Course participation, assignment submissions or reflection reports.
Assessment 2: Evaluated by teaching assistants and the supervision group.
3. Payment Method:
- Full Payment: Each phase must be paid in full at once.
4. Online Class Method: Zoom Meeting Room
Please use a computer (laptop or desktop) to access the Zoom meeting room. A webcam, microphone, and speakers (or headphones) are required.
Unless absolutely necessary, please avoid using a mobile phone or tablet for the sessions.
5. Course Content Overview:
Phase 1 (26 hours of coursework + 24 hours of group sessions):
- Introduction to the Foundation and volunteer roles
● Satir Iceberg Model, emotional management, and exploring family of origin, etc.
Phase 2 (33 hours of coursework + 33 hours of group sessions):
- Practical dialogue techniques and problem-solving methods for parenting, marriage, and interpersonal issues
Phase 3 (24 hours of coursework + 27 hours of group sessions):
- Dialogue ethics, helping strategies, trauma response, goal setting, and more
6. Refund Policy
- If a participant needs to cancel their enrollment due to personal reasons, they must submit a written cancellation request via email to the organizer. Verbal requests or proxy applications will not be accepted.
The written request must include:
- Name
- Membership account or membership number
- Contact information
- Reason for withdrawal
- The email’s sent date will be considered the official cancellation request date.
- Administrative fees for cancellations are as follows:
- 30 days or more before the course start date: 90% refund
- 8 to 29 days before the course start date: 85% refund
- Within 7 days before the course start date: No refund
- Within 7 days before the course start date, if unable to attend due to force majeure: 90% refund (supporting documents required)
- For participants from mainland China: If switching from USD payment to RMB payment after registration, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
- To protect the rights of waitlisted participants, we do not accept officially admitted participants arranging their own substitutes or transferring their course spots. Waitlisted participants will be notified strictly in order of registration. If you are unable to attend, please follow the above refund procedures.
- Dancing with the Elephant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course. If the course is canceled, a full refund will be issued. Please read and understand the above terms carefully before making payment. By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted these terms. The final right of interpretation belongs to the Dancing with the Elephant Foundation.

7. Attendance Policy
- Attendance Requirements:
○ If unable to attend due to force majeure, supporting documents must be provided. Participants may take leave twice for courses and once for group sessions.
○ Failure to meet attendance requirements will result in no certificate of completion and no refund.
8. Training Course Progression Rules
- Participants must complete and pass the previous phase before proceeding to the next phase.
- If a participant passes Phase 1 but does not continue to Phase 2, they must enroll in Phase 2 in the next available session. If they fail to do so, they must restart from Phase 1.
- If a participant fails Phase 2 or has passed but cannot proceed to Phase 3 immediately, they must join Phase 2 within two years. If they exceed this period, they must restart from Phase 1.
- If a participant fails Phase 3, they must restart from the Phase 2 final interview in the following year.
9. Course Rules (Including Online Courses & Group Sessions)
- All courses are conducted online.
- If a participant misses a session, they must watch the recorded lecture and submit a 600-word reflection before the next session.
- Group discussions are not recorded and cannot be made up.
- If a participant fails to meet attendance requirements, no refunds will be issued.
- Classroom Guidelines:
- Participants must keep their camera on throughout the session, ensuring their full face is visible.
- Being more than 30 minutes late is considered an absence.
- If a participant misses a session due to force majeure, they must provide supporting documents. They may take leave twice for courses, but group discussions cannot be missed.
- Course Enrollment & Usage Rights:
- Personal real-name registration and payment are required.
- The course and related services are for the registered participant only and cannot be transferred to another person.

11. Course Group Rules
- Group Functions & Communication Guidelines:
- The course groups are created to facilitate the main courses and small group discussions.
- Please do not post information unrelated to the course in the group and try to minimize messages outside of group activities and class sessions.
- If you have an emergency or special request, please contact the group administrator directly for timely assistance.
- Leave requests and assignment submissions must follow the relevant regulations set during course registration.
- For any questions regarding administrative rules for the main course or small group sessions, please contact Dancing with the Elephant customer support via email.
- Please do not ask administrative policy-related questions in the group to maintain the focus and effectiveness of group communication.
- Privacy Protection:
- To protect the privacy of all participants, no course group information or data may be shared externally without the consent of relevant individuals.
- All members must follow this rule to ensure the security of information within the group.
- Group Dissolution & Exit Policy:
- Once the small group or main course has ended, the group will no longer serve its purpose. The group administrator will notify members before dissolving the group. At that time, participants should voluntarily exit to free up resources and maintain personal information security.

12. Group Conduct Guidelines
- I may only share my personal reflections on the course externally. The instructor’s content and other participants’ discussions must be respected, kept confidential, and not recorded, filmed, or shared in written form or in any other format.
- I will interact with group members with an open mind, free of judgment or comparison.
- I will attend sessions on time, without being late or leaving early, to support the smooth progress of the course.
- I understand that each member’s participation directly affects the group’s effectiveness, and I will make my best effort to engage fully throughout the course.
